Good breakfast, very tasty. Comfortable bed. Quiet room.

Good value, fairly clean, and comfortable. Free hot water and tea are available. Shops and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Quiet location. The staff is friendly.

During the day, the air in the room gets extremely hot (and that was in September). Luckily, the large window can be opened wide and there is a fan. The location is somewhat remote.

The parking was 10 euros extra which is despite the reviews from last year. The hotel is mainly for overnight stays of drivers, so I expected that parking is included. This is a trick to get you to the hotel with cheaper nightly price and then over charge you with a parcking fee. My room was also in front of a car wash facility, so vacuum noise from there if the window is open in a summer night.

Good location, reachable quickly by bus from the train station.

The room wasn’t well cleaned beforehand. There were leftovers of the hair on the shower pipe, clipped nails near the bed. Also, there was just a pile of wires near the bed to connect a tv, lamp and a ventilator. In addition to that, the room gets heated quite quickly

Ideal for a night off the highway with parking and a réception open all night.

The TV in the lobby was super loud when we arrived. The breakfast was just ok. The neighborood did not seen of interest whatsoever

The breakfast was really nice and the stuff very kind. They had gluten free bread.

The bathroom smelled like pee constantly. I had a double bed but I had only 1 pillow and an individual duvet, therefore I couldn't move around in the bed but only stay on one side. The bed was really uncomfortable. It is quite far away from the centre, around 30-40 min by foot.

The hotel is walking distance from the hospitalThe staff were very friendly and flexible. I liked that I could get a cup of tea at any time.

No environmental policy visible, e.g. sign to hang up towels you want to reuse

Parking on the facility

The cleaning staff doesn't have basic manners to knock the door before entering the room. Room is small, bed is uncomfortable, the furniture is old.. Still using big old keys for room locks, No cards.

Friendly staff, always available. Easy onsite parking. Easy to reach from the highway and not too far from city center.

They were fine for the price, but rooms and breakfast are just basic.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning of the room was good, no complaints there. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast wasn't included, so I didn't try it but there are many nice bakeries in town to get nice breakfast.

There was no water boiler in the room which could have made evening at the hotel nicer, with some tea in the room. The location of the hotel is a bit off from the city center, I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car. Breakfast was expensive! You can have breakfast at the bakeries in town for half the price which is very nice.

Great price for the accommodation

There is literally not much near by, not even a coffee shop. You need to take a bus Everytime unless you love to walk.

The parking was spacious , lots of empty parking space. The hotel is huge as is the welcome. Wifi is strong and fast, the rooms super clean and really big. Bed was comfy and the shower huge and the water fast and really hot.Breakfast was ok but i feel over priced at 15€.I arrived late due to bad weather and traffic jams, would love to try their restaurant next time.

The breakfast could have had more choice, to me it was over priced.Simple croissants, fresh hot coffee would have been enough to boost the choices.

TV no stations in English except news stations.Very few staff know English. The hotel has to cater for Internationals.In hot weather fans are not enough.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days because I was at Göttingen for a business trip. The location is very central and the premises are very clean. The house keeping was also very good. The bus stop is about 5 minutes by walk and can connect you to the centre very quickly. The staff were super friendly when I did see or talk to them, and the reception/lounge was quite nice. The bathroom was nice and relaxing, with the right water pressure.

The rooms were not as big as expected, and there was also no AC during the very hot weather. The view from my room was not so great, it was just the neighbouring building. The fan they provided had some oil leaking from the backside. Many times there was nobody at the reception desk to ask questions. There was a huge window that I really struggled to open completely, and would get jammed constantly. This meant less wind during already really hot weather. The breakfast was the same every single day with very few options for vegetarians.

Free parking, easy to find, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, walking distance from centre, shopping centre nearby. Tram stop nearby but see other comment.

No adverse comments about the hotel.The tram ticket machine, on the other hand is impossible to understand even for fluent German speakers (way too many options), so it's easier to walk.

Not very friendly receptionist. The reservation was made with American Express (hotel payment method). The payment was not possible with this card, as they canceled the contract with American Express just a day ago. Who can believe to such statement?
