Hotel does not accept cats though listed as petfriendly

Warning for the pet owners !! The hotel is listed on booking as pet friendly. I arrive with a cat, and the receptionist tells me that do not admit cats (!!) and that *exeptionally* they will accept us as we are already there. No information about this in the policy of the hotel. Very unacceptable ! You should change the listing of the hotel, as it is NOT pet friendly, it is dog friendly only !! and definitely mention it in the description and policy of the hotel. Parking is quite small, when we arrived around 20h there was almost no parking spots left.

The location was very convenient with access to major bus routes to get into the city centre. There was also a decent amount of parking for when we had a car. The value for the money with breakfast included and cleanliness can't really be beat. The staff was overall friendly and attentive when we had an issue.

The beds were so uncomfortable that we had very bad sleep. The beds were tiny and the mattresses not very nice, but the worst were the pillows. They absolutely need to get new pillows. My neck was aching every morning. On top of the small rooms and clogged shower drain (that ended up flooding our bathroom), it wasn't the nicest.

Lovely staff and great clean room. Got a little hot as it was very hot summer days and bathroom could also become very hotel but overall really enjoyed our stay. Excellent shower pressure.

Fantastic location and exceptionally friendly staff at both reception and breakfast. The entire place was spotless, the room was spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent – a great start to the day!

The only good thing was the breakfast, with fresh bread.

The location is very inconvenient as it is located very close to apparently a quite busy road.The rooms were quite hot when we checked in and there was no possibility of controlling room temperature as there was no thermostat/air conditioning system. Keeping the windows opened at night was not an option because of the noise from road traffic.Parking was inconvenient. First I was asked to park the car in a garage but the parking slots there were so narrow that it was impossible to fit the car there. The parking places in front of the hotel were almost full; I was lucky to find one free slot.

Nice hotel for one night. Good location near the highway a little outside the old town. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free onsight parking, average breakfast.

The hotel is very good located and easy to find. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a good mixture for all kinds of nutrition preferences. Of course is the pool and sauna area welcome for people with more then one night stay. :-)

During the week sometime it's challenging to find a parking place directly in front of the hotel because of many commuters with there business vehicles if you arrive the hotel in the late afternoon.

Very comfy and quiet room with balcony and good facilities. Very friendly and service minded personal.

Close to local transportation and fast food restaurants. The breakfast was rich and very good. the staff was great.

The room was small, and bed was not comfortable and bus schedule in this area is a bit inconvenient.

Cold water in the pool. Room on the smaller side, but comfortable.

Despite the “oldish style”, it’s a place which i recommend at 100%. Space, clean, pool, parking and overall the staff - competent, pro and smiling. A plus, the breakfast included. Few minutes from city center and good restaurants around.

Might need a refresh but these is purely personal. Overall a great place and staff.

The staff were really helpful and nice, the parking facilities were ok. The pool was nice. Very easy access to the A7

If you go out in your vehicle after 1700, be prepared to try and find a spot when you get back because people can't park properly.

Clean room and bathroom, friendly reception, no noise issues, a lot of facilities (sadly we did not use them) and easy to reach by car (+parking space).

The two pillows were very different and neither was particularly good. The breakfast was fine but the tables were a bit tiny (it doesn't help that I'm tall).

A very nice hotel, a bit old but in a very good condition. We booked the room for three people and got a double room suit, which was a pleasent surprise. The hotel is clean and has a very nice pool. It is possible to rent the bathrobe at the reception. Breakfast was included in the price and had a great choice of food. Overall recommended for visit.

25 min bus ride form Göttingen city center but the location is very calm and has restaurants and a mall nearby. A water kettle was missing in the room.

The ease of access from the A7, good parking provision, very helpful reception staff and excellent location for visiting Göttingen. Very good restaurant on site.

Missing freezer, only fridge is available. (traveling with freezer bag requires it to freeze over night)

Just by highway. Refreshing inner pool. Very good breakfast - missing only some sweet pastry
