The reception desk person was wonderful and the restaurant staff were amazing. Good location and very clean. Would stay there again.

All was great. No complaints.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful with any inquiries. They have free parking on-site.

Not really a problem, but the heating was done by a normal AC unit and an electric heater. They did the job very well.

The family room is good size and nice. Xbox in the lobby was good idea for children and good food in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) .

Room was not 100% redy (Missing shower gel not second roll of toilet paper etc.)

It was a bit far out of the city centre , but at least there were no rivers or motorways to cross

It’s exactly what we need, clean and comfortable, with a supermarket next to it, very convenient! We tried the restaurant on the ground floor, also nice.

The selection at breakfast was not very abundant. Some of the furniture was a little bit worn.

Staff welcomed with a smile - past midnight, staff was 10/10. Great value for money. Good location, good English, everyone was open and transparent.

Literally my only complaint would be that the shower is unable to keep a consistent temperature. It keeps alternating between boiling hot and freezing cold, which isn't exactly comfortable.

I'm in Nowy Sącz every now and again and always stay at Ibis. Clean, great staff( thumbs up for the lovely ladys who are looking after guests at breakfast),good food. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was fine, I recommend some chocolate spread to bread/pancakes. The room was very comfortable as bathroom too.

Didn't like the pillow, it was uncomfortable.

In check-in, the key-card for electricity not working. Missing basic things in the room. Absolutely unwilling and unfriendly waiter in the evening in restaurant.

The room was spacious and comfy, clean, bright bathroom. Very helpful and kind-spirited staff. Generous, fresh breakfast. The area is quiet and some rooms even have a mountain view.

The room walls could use a bit of refreshment. The hotel is rather located on the outskirts of Nowy Sącz, so it's quiet, but not many restaurants etc. close by. However, there is a direct bus connection to the city centre, so not a big problem after all.

The breakfast was lovely! Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful.

Meet and greet wasn't great. I stayed at Ibis before ( a few years ago) and the folks at the reception desk were absolutely brilliant - now they just don't care, apparently phones and the internet are more important than hotel guests. Sad.
