Hotel Panorama Nowy Sącz

Great location not far from the main square. The staff was great!

Our room was very small. Most of the top surfaces were dusty. Tops of switches, top of shower doors etc. cobwebs on the light fixtures.

Very comfortable hotel conveniently located to both the river trail system and the charming town center. Reasonable cost. Good restaurant and helpful staff.

Wi-Fi totally inadequate in the rooms. Parking can be very tight but usually ok.

Horrible place to stay! Avoid

I arrived to hotel and first words from receptionist were"you need to check out before 11 am" not to mention I stayed in hotel for 3 days. The smell of oil and garlic from the restaurant was in my room all day long. Set of pillowcases and duvet was so old. I had to beg cleaner to change my towels.

Location was perfect - only yards from the main square. After easily changing my room to one with a large bed, it had everything that I needed. A further supply of coffee sachets was speedily provided on an ongoing basis!

The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable..

Really poor wifi even in the lobby. I had to stand at the front desk to load anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panorama. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a very comfortable bed and a gorgeous view of the old town and the surrounding hills. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!!

I stayed in a newly renovated Deluxe Room, very spacious, lovely bathroom and a view of the river from the window. This hotel walking distance from the main square, taxis and the mall is a mere 10 minutes walk across from the river. The restaurant serves fantastic food and friendly staff.

The breakfast could have a few more items on the buffet catering for international travellers as well. The only complaint I have was the towels, they really can get new towels.

Our room was spotless and well equipped. Plenty of space, linens and close to the town center. Delicious breakfast! Hotel staff were welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

There was nothing we did not like.

Nice hotel near the center, older but clean. The beds are comfortable.

I requested a room with a double bed, but the hotel didn't respond to the message and we got 2 single beds. A group of people woke us up at night because they were shouting in front of the hotel and no one from hotel warned them to be quieter.

great experience, close to market squere and shops, clubs and river

The location was excellent

Very tired bedroom furniture and bedding although bed was quite comfy. Bathroom door didn’t lock.

Exceptional

Wifi doesn’t work. Hotel know about this. Wifi still advertised on this site. In 2023 a hotel claiming to be this good should have working wifi.

Very convenient location.

The reception was amazing, I think a girl called Jola was exceptional nice, her work dedication was unreal.
