    Pros +

    • Hotel in a beautiful nicely restored stately home. Very comfortable 2nd floor room (accessible by a lift). The best choice made was a dinner the hotel's excellent restaurant. Quality breakfast.
    • We stayed for one night on our trip from Krakow to Zakopane. At the beginning we were provided with a twin bed room although we booked for a double bed room. This was solved swiftly and the room was changed by the friendly staff. The hotel located in an isolated place and very quiet. The room and the place felt very cozy and we loved it. We had dinner at the hotel and, surprisingly I must say, the food was excellent and very delicious.
    • Lovely hotel in a rural setting. Looks like a palace from the outside and is pretty impressive inside as well. We arrived late and were hungry and were pleased to hear they were still serving dinner as we weren't sure about finding anywhere in the vicinity to eat. So glad we did, the food was superb, a real treat. Breakfast was good the next day and it was an all round excellent stay.

    Cons -

    • Overall view spoilt a little by a nearby 1960's housing blocks, but this is by no means a fault of this establishment!
    • The curtains in the room were just decorative and very small and there was no way to cover the windows to prevent looking into the room (we were on a low floor) and couldn't block the sun light in the morning.
    • more power plug sockets close to the bed to charge phones etc. would be great

trevelling from Croatia to eastern Poland we needed a place to sleep. Location was convinient for this trip. Staff was pleasant, quality of dishes in restaurant for dinner was really good. Enough parking places, good internet, comfy bed.

more power plug sockets close to the bed to charge phones etc. would be great

It was a charming country chateau with large rooms with plenty of character.

    There was nothing to dislike

Barbara at the front desk was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating!

I liked everything! Though the grounds have so much potential to be a great walking/relaxation area.

Lower level Spa was a beautiful surprise. We loved the hot tub, sauna and salt cave. Very classy, clean and upscale.

Plus - parking on site, spotless clean, high quality interieur minus, quiet in night, location in park, good breakfast Minus - access to wifi just conditionally with opening own social networks, at 20:30 I had to plea to get still something in restaurant as they wanted to close ahead of schedule, completely iced and slippery parking area without servicing it with sand etc and when adressing the reception - "we know it!"?!?!?

Nice and quiet location with a small park surrounding the hotel. Stylish and charming building, recently renovated. Well appointed, oversized rooms with all the usual amenities. Excellent restaurant - definitely a highlight.

No shelf near the sink nor in the shower, very soft bed.

Its a beautiful hotel, surrounded with beautiful gardens

My wife and I decided to have our evening dinner in the beautiful restaurant, so we reserved a table. When we arrived for dinner, the restaurant had been taken over by a wedding party and we were directed to the bar area, which was not what we were expecting. The menu prices were a bit higher than average for Poland, but probably ok for a four star hotel. My wife ordered the fish dish, and I ordered the saddle of rabbit. my wife described her dish as about average. My dish was made up of three small pieces of what looked like rabbit sausage with a small portion of vegetables. It tasted quite bland, and the portion was not big enough to satisfy my appetite. My advice to the management is to stop trying to serve fancy food, and just serve good honest tasty food. Our waitress was excellent and was very attentive during our meal. I would stay at this hotel again, but dine elsewhere.

The hotel is charming and quiet, very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing and the garden around the hotel was very nice. Overall, very pleasant experience. The stuff were super accommodating with special requests and very helpful.

WiFi was a bit slow/logging off at times.

Lovely building and a park around it. Breakfast was amazing.

Room was quite cold on arrival and since the ceilings are so high, it took quite a while to warm it up.
