Nice quiet clean place

Location is great. Didn't bother for breakfast

Kettle - dirty. water still inside from previous users. Massive buildup of calcium carbonate and other minerals (limescale?). Really hard to connect and use. Additionally I had a choice of a single Lipton tea bag - no coffee or anything else, just one bag of a Lipton tea. Lipton. What year is it?! What a disgrace. Luckily there was a spoon. I've seen better equipment in a Vietnamese 1-star hotel in Bangladesh.Bathroom/toilet - bugs running on the floor. Not clean. No proper ventilation. Toilet rolls used by previous customers/unchanged (had to ask for more as what was there was nearly finished when I arrived), had to wait for hot water in the shower for almost 20 minutes before it heated up (it was running cold for almost half an hour). You could tell that whoever prepared the room took a massive piss and couldn't give a single sh*tBedroom - air conditioner broken, not working. Room felt extremely hot and dry. No way to keep the window open as the hotel is placed between the police station and the fire department on the main road. Noisy. TV smaller than my laptop screen, hardly possible to use, felt like a TV in a hospital in the 90's. Took me nearly an hour to get it to work. Bed too small, very uncomfortable. Fridge extremely loud especially over night.Broadband - literally a joke.To be fair I was expecting an exceptional experience. Everyone recommended the hotel. Never been more disappointed. It does not deserve the reputation it has. It's a joke. Definitely not recommending, not coming back. Terrible experience

This is my second visit to this hotel and I am satisfied - just like the fist time. Both times it was after a long drive. The hotel has a spacious parking lot that is free for the guests, so that was a big plus for me. I arrived a bit late, but the receptionists were always kind and helpful. The room I got was simple, but it was still perfect to throw my luggage open, throw my coat on the chair, take a shower and fall asleep. There is a shoe cleaner on every floor, placed by the entrance of the hallway, which you can conveniently use on your way down to have breakfast at 7 o'clock. The buffet is reasonably priced for everything it offers. It's a great place to spend the night during a long journey if the route happens to go around Krosno, and I will be staying here if that happens again.

My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely come back again. There were various options at breakfast; meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans would surely find something to their liking. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and met my needs for sure.

The location was a bit problematic because the hotel is not in the city centre. However, the taxi service works great and is affordable.

Hotel is fantastic location and view to all side full greenery.

No any micro oven facilities in room

The most amazing food, they have a very talented Chef Adrian. Very professional stuff. Specious and super clean room.super breakfast too.

We stayed there only one night with our dog. Everything was well excepted our dog. But staff was excellent and we come back again. See u soon.

Quite modern hotel with private parking spot and restaurant. Clean rooms with modernized bathrooms and facilities. Located 20 minutes walking distance from the historical market and 15 minutes walking from shopping King Cross. Generally good service and helpful crew.

TV set system is a little bit complicated because of rooter but generally no issues.

Excellent price for value,but this time some problems with wifi and hot water in 4th floor

The rooms are big and clean.Location is near supermarkets and other facilities.Restaurant with tasty food and open until late in the evening

Room was big and comfy, breakfast was good and everyone was friendly. Touring in a van, I simply needed a stop over and this place was just randomly booked, but was great. Free secure parking too.

Parking,spacious room(well worth to upgrade to superior double!),very good restaurant and breakfast!Just missed a kettle in the room..

The food was great.

If i had of known about wedding party and also night club on side of hotel i wouldnt have booked here. No sleep or rest all night with the loud music and people and young people shouting and noisy in corridors of rooms to nearly 4am. Disgraceful. No sound proofing and not advised about wedding etc. So much for the hotel policy on noise.. no offer from management when i raise complaint to reception. Not happy at all.
