Great location in super safe private estate, stunning gardens and surroundings, very close to great shopping centres and restaurants, super peaceful surroundings and extremely helpful and friendly staff

Not much we didn't like, small things but overall experience was great

Relaxed and safe environment with good clean facilities. Privacy with ample and safe parking.

Vodacom reception was not up to standard, while we had no issues with MTN.

The prepared breakfast was really good and nicely set out. We enjoyed the quietness of the area. The rooms was well equipped and spacious. Bedding was good as well as daily services. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms was very clean.

The breakfast's fruit was limited. As summer is a time with such a variety this was actually disappointing. No milk was served with the cereals and you needed to collect it from the coffee table. The honesty bar had capsules, but no coffee machine. This place needs a bit of maintenance in certain areas.

The family suite is lovely and clean with a kitchenette and useful kitchen amenities.

A little TLC for a needed in the games room and the gardens.

Only 2 choices for breakfast, both hot, but huge portions & very good.

Would prefer a cold option eg yoghurt, fruit for breakfast.Internet very slow & often intermittent service. Needs to improve a lot!

Clean ,comfortable and quiet. Loved the pool .Staff were so friendly .rooms are kept clean on a daily basis

Getting in and out as a guest was troublesome. Each day you have to give a new code to security at the main entrance (which often doesn't work) and show your drivers licence on entry. A better system has to be created

Some bits could benefit from a bit of maintenance and the pool wasn't overly clean.

Fridge not working in the room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable Access code sometimes an issue

Rooms needs a deep clean, staff cooking smelly food in kitchen, their kids were nosy and noisy.

Beds were extremely hard. Did not sleep at all. Interiors are getting dated but still good qyality

Everything was so so perfect except the fact that we were not allowed to get in because of the expiring disc We truly understand that but the security was very rude to us trying by all means not to solve the problem we had We were even willing to be escorted but the security did not want to help us at all he was not showing interest into anything that we were suggested on that day

Beautiful, safe location and comfortable rooms.

The satellite tv was very poor. Very few channels and half of those channels had very poor signal so the picture was constantly staggered.

I left quite early and the daily code was not advertised yet so checking out was a bit of a struggle

Peaceful atmosphere, lovely rooms and very friendly staff. I think the honest bar is exceptional!

Everything was 10/10 , most stunning decor , scenery was great, staff was friendly, great privacy.

Beautiful property in the heart of a security estate making you feel all the more at ease.The property seems to have been the original farm stead that was then sold to the estate that come up around it.Even though you are in an estate it feels like you are on a farm. This would make a great weekend wedding destination.

For the price I did expect room service but it was a very high expectation. Also the communication couldve been a bit better.

Location was safe and secure, very peaceful. Close to malls and restaurants. Everything we needed for a place to rest in-between attending to chores in Cape Town. Pleasant enough!
