Family room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunkbeds with slides. Swimming pool was great and nice and quiet.

We did not drive so a little way out of town and 100 Euros on taxi from Eindhoven Airport.

My husband and I got flu and my husband was hospitalised with pneumonia. The hotel was only 1.5km from the hospital. However, as I was infectious I was self isolating; I couldn’t think of a nicer, more comfortable place to isolate. The staff were all very helpful and sympathetic. Housekeeping were wonderful and made sure that I had clean towels etc. everyday. It’s such a lovely hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

The only negative is that the toilet light automatically came on (there was no switch to turn it off); not ideal for an insomniac! The light is really bright and woke me up when I needed the loo at night.

Van der Valk hotels are all wonderful. This one is a bit out of town, like most, and near freeway, but very easy to get to by bike as we were doing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was a perfect size and very clean. But breakfast is the big attraction for me. It’s enormous and everything is so well presented.

The room are spacious, bath and shower are huge abd awesome. It was very luxurious and comfortable. Stuff was nice, parking at the hotel was lovely, very comfortable and close to the efteling park.

The bath could have been cleaned a bit better.

The room was big and clean. The staff were all very friendly, responsive and helpful. The bathroom was big enough. And it's great that the room gets cleaned everyday (which some hotels in Europe don't do).

The breakfast could have more variability in the food.

One of the reception staff was a bit rude. Didn't feel welcoming.

Great breakfast, nice pool on the roof open untill 23 so nice to take a swim after a whole day of traveling, location is on the entrance to tilburg

I enjoyed this hotel a lot. The room was big, clean and modern. Breakfasts were good, and I was impressed by a self-service shop with a large selection of products for any possible occasion.

The location is not convenient for users of public transport.

The position of hotel is very practical, close to highway but also not far from the center if you travel by car. It is obvious that the hotel is built in good faith, with its high ceilings and recreational area on the top floor - with a nice view. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast offer - definitely worth of paying 19eur per person!

Let’s put it this way - it is obvious the hotel was built with lots of thought put into it - but it is missing personal that understands (and strives to) it! First big disappointment was the fact we lost 40mins around Tilburg because the highway exit was closed this weekend due to road work - which could be all avoided if personel would send us a nice email about it ahead. As we arrived to the room we found disgusting brown mold in the fridge (which we announced to the personel on the reception - and the mold was not being cleaned for 3 whole days since we were staying there. Also, a word about quality of water in the swimming pool - one of the worst I ever experienced! Full of hair, disgusting. For the beautiful residence the hotel presents the hygiene standard needs lots of improvement.

Incredibly comfy and clean. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Exceeded expectations.
