Parking, great bed

Room needed some work a simple handyman could fix within a day

Great room and very comfy beds!

A little bit too far from the city center for walking.

Dirty bathroom, bad quality pillows, smells weed everywhere in the hall, elevator, outside the room, woke up so many times from drunk people in the corridor outside my room, the steak was like rubber, the sauce where tasteless, the wine where terrible and my wine glass where dirty, the air-conditioning suddenly started to make noise in the night-time before it got back to normal noise level. No water in the room. It's not an expensive room. 100€. if you add water for the room and breakfast it's like 128€> for that price you can find a lot better hotel that also maybe have inclusive breakfast and water in the room.

NIGHTMARE IN TILBURG!!!!!

they didn't allow us are baby of 2 in our room because it was only for 2 people. we arrived at 20:00 and our baby was already sleeping. they told us that we need to book our an extra room where 1 parent and the child can sleep and the other parent in the other room, or we could cancel and need to go somewhere else.we needed to pay an extra room for nothing that was not used by us. because our baby needed a night sleep we were forced to pay double. they were very aggressive and unfriendly, we checked in the morning out, filled and official complaint and never come back anymore in our life!

Parking lot is good, bed is clean and soft.

Room decoration is quite dark and not so hommy.

Very good value for money with great shower and beds. Awesome views as well.

The ventilator in my room made a very annoying noise, I actually took my card out of the light switch pocket at night because I couldn’t sleep. There have also definitely been guests that have smoked in this bathroom, the smell was pretty bad.

Extremely rude night porter, to the point that she was shouting at me and calling me names, loud ventilation in the room and not clean

I was placed to another room with wifi, but there was a high pitch tone in the room, so I decided to go back to the room without wifi.

Tv and wifi did not work.

The staff there has been very helpful. Even though trying to contact someone to get support before arrival has been at times difficult, once there they have been extremely helpful and solved all the problems we've had, so thumbs up for them! Also, the city center is very easy to reach even by foot.

Nothing, really, the stay went smoothly and I don't have any complaints.

Rooms are big (delux twin). Beds are nice.

Shower was not clean. No resupply of cofee capsules for the room. Wending machine for snacks and drinks was not well stocked.

The location was good,

No pedestrian access to footpath, lack of toiletries, no shampoo, tissues or shower cap in bathroom. Only a coffee maker in room, and only 2 coffee pods given for 3 days stay, no milk or sugar replaced either. Room cleaned once at our request, only bins were emptied and towels replaced. Beds not made and nothing replaced, even the dirty mugs weren't replaced.

Room was a decent size and the beds were really comfy. We had a little fridge in our room which was great. Bathroom was also big, clean, and had a good shower and all the amenities we needed. There was a music festival happening nearby which you could hear from the street but in our room we couldn't hear anything so the soundproofing must be very good! There are also some really nice little restaurants nearby, and a Lidl supermarket, which was useful if we didn't feel like walking back into the centre of Tilburg after a long day.

It takes about half an hour to walk into the city centre, which was fine for us but worth bearing in mind. There are some buses but they're not super regular. We also found it very hard to find the entrance! It's not clear from the street how to get in (if you're not driving) but again that wasn't really a big deal. The only other thing was that our room didn't get cleaned any of the 3 nights that we were there - again, we didn't mind this but some people might. But overall we really liked this hotel :-)
