Mercure Hotel Hamm

excellent hotel, warm and kind personnel and beautiful experience overall. Very clean and great location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My first room had no AC but they quickly switched my rooms with no hassle. Great hotel and staff.

The breakfast buffet was much better the past times that I've stayed at Mercure. It's a shame since the breakfast was the main reason for staying at this particular facility.

Staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and kind.The room was very clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast was well done.

The plumbing in my room seemed unusual. When I used the shower, the noise that the drain gave off was very loud. I rushed through my shower, fearing that neighboring rooms would be disturbed by it.

This hotel is the hub for the reptile show in Hamm, and that's the reason we choose this hotel.

Even though the lobby of the hotel is refurbished, the rooms are completely outdated, and are not worth the price. The breakfast used to offer a wide range of products, including salmon. Over the course of the a few years, the breakfast range was reduced tremendously, and no longer up to standard.

Clean central location. Excellent breakfast and bar. Close to centre of town with range of restaurants.

Cleanliness and excellent breakfast selection

I have stayed in the hotel for over 18 years. The breakfast was in the early days exceptionally good, but over the years the variety and quality have gotten less and less...

The bathroom is below standard and the two single beds put together don't make a queen or king size bed, they simply are two single beds. The pillows are extremely thin, at least put two per bed.

Fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices. Staff is friendly and always helpful.

Location is great, right in Hamm's city centre. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of warm and cold options. Staff was friendly. Room and bathroom are not new, but nothing that gets in the way for a comfortable stay.

Room does not have a minibar - for a 4-star hotel, it is a bit disappointing. Desk to work in the room is too small. It says on the website that breakfast in the room was free of charge, but that is not true (you need to pay 10€) - also, if you want it to your room you need to ask yourself for the "form" to hang on your door the night before (usually this "form" is already in the room with other relevant information).

Everything was good. I wish I could have a fried egg on breakfest but in general we liked the hotel. Personal is friendy and helpfull.

Good size rooms, really good breakfast, clean and comfortable hotel, beds are fantastic.

Unfortunately, it seems the carpet wasn't cleaned thoroughly, as I stepped on small pieces of glass.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, making my stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
