Huge family room, with separate bedroom kettle and a nice range of teas and helpful small fridge, no freezer compartment. Staff were helpful once we found them. WiFi worked. Nice bakery opposite with great cakes. Didn't have breakfast.. Breakfast available in the hotel 6.30-9am. we didn't understand the timings or if breakfast was included or not. We were kindly given a coffee anyway. I realised our German was a bit rusty on our first day in the country, so that didn't help.

Shower drain was blocked, we did our best to improve with hot water from the kettle, but it floods the floor as doors don't seal well. A little difficult to find parking as the hotel has only a few spaces which were in use. Bell tower nearby has a long peal of bells in the morning. This might be delightful for early risers. Some written instructions in the room about arrangements would be helpful.

We booked late and arrived just before checkin. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Having a bedroom with the apartment when travelling as a family is a bonus. We will stay again. Staff for the evening checking and morning checkout were polite and helpful - 5 stars for them! Bonus: parking by the property and a bakery across the road!

We checked into this hotel on the evening of 26.12. There was no staff at the hotel, but we contacted the hotel representative by phone and took the key to the room in the box. The overnight stay in this hotel was comfortable! Clean, warm and quiet ☺️

Clean and comfortable, staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Someone had been smoking in one of the rooms and the corridor had a very strong odour of cigarettes. No fault of the hotel.

Good breakfast

no staff at check in, had to phone to get a code to get key to enter, which was not ideal after traveling all day, and at check out they could not take card payments so had to get cash to pay bill.

The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable the staff were without exception helpful, cheerful and welcoming. I can't fault a single thing with this hotel!

This is a simple bed-and-breakfast-style hotel in a local village, we chose it to be conveniently close to a wedding we were attending. It looked a little tired in places, the staff were friendly enough.

The room lacked things like a fridge, kettle and cups to be able to make a drink.The breakfast was a bit lacking in options

Close to the A2 motorway. Large comfortable room. There was no pressure to pay quickly. Nice service.

There is a bit of limited parking space, but I had no problem with that .

That was our second stay at hotel and once again above expectation. Super clean and quiet hotel and the small cooler in the room for drinks was a nice surprice. We will book again to stay for a night at our return journey from holiday.

Self check in after 12 in the evening was not smooth unfortunately. After calling a few times we were helped adequately though.

It was a very short stay to sleep for a few hours while traveling long distance. But everything was smooth and easy and just what we needed.

Parking is not easy in the area.

The area..close to the motorway. Clean room, bathroom.

All the important things were writen in german. They should go for some english , spanish, french etc ..languages that everyone use. The parking is a bit tricky unless you translate from german to your language .

Location of the hotel.

On arrival the door of the hotel closed and no staff around. PIN for the box with room keys which was displayed on our booking was the wrong one. Called a few times the property contact phone number but nobody replied. Left messages on answering machine with request of immediate contact. Messaged a property with the same request via bookong.com app but nobody replied till now (05.09.2023). My partner went do the nearby restaurant to ask if anybody knows how to contact the property or get our room key. A waiter from restaurant came back with my partner and said that he new a code but he has nothing to do with a property. But if there is a key in the box with a liable displaying my name we will be able to get inside. Fortunately there was the right key and we were able to access our room. Next morning we arrived for our breakfast and there was nothing prepared and no staff around. After a few minutes a lady arrived, who was a cleaner. We tried to ask her if she knew what was going on but unfortunately due to the language barrier she was unable to answer our questions. The young German couple, which we had met at the hotel lobby was also stunned that there was no breakfast provided and they had to go to the nearby café to buy breakfast. They were very surprised because according them the day before everything was fine (staff present and breakfast provided). We raised a complain with Booking.com and requested a full refund.We are double shocked by the treatment of this hotel, especially that in April this year we stayed there and our experience was exceptional! Maybe Booking.com should consider removing them from their website?

Super clean, beds are new and comfortable, windows were open and room was ventilated for us. Superb place to stay! We looking forward to stay again!
