Good location, just 10 minutes from downtown. Very helpful personal, they really care about each guest!

Bed was comfortable

Poor parking space, blocked shower drain, pillows, and duvet, noise

It was decent price considering the period (Euro 2024). Around 15min walk from the center and a nice area to walk. Space in the room was OK.

Probably it was under reconstruction because one of the entrances seemed a mess. Several basic things missing at the toilet. It's near a railway so you get train noise from time to time

Absolute disgrace. I specified I would need one room for an adult and 2 children. No such room was available meaning I had to compromise the safety of the children by making them sleep in a hotel that also hosts a seedy casino. A train line runs directly outside the window of the hotel, noise was ridiculous the whole room would shake

Everything is excellent except for the 10.00 check out policy. In good hotels, the check-out time should be at 12.00.Please fix this!

People were friendly. Room was good temperature even though the outside was too warm.

There wasn't shampoo and body soap. The room was a bit cold at night. Railway located just behind the hotel, so loud at night and I couldn't sleep well.

Clean and cheap the train it’s passing by but don’t make a lot of noise it’s comfortable

Horrible hotel! Not recommend at all.

We arrived late in the evening with a small child and were waiting for check in for 20 minutes surrounded by strange people from casino. The atmosphere was very unpleasant and not safe. The room was extremely cold because heating was off. The water was cold. Unfortunately there is no other hotel and we had no other choice.

They sold mu room to someone else, after 30 minutes of negotiations and complaining they finaly decided to give me room.

Not clean.no elavater. No security.the door open 24hrs for any one .2 people flow me to my room and they try to steel me

Receptionisten was very service minded. I really got a room with a single bed and it had a good size. I loved it. I also was allowed to store my e-bicycle in the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the rails. There were many trains, which disturbed.

The hot water in the bathroom was much too hot and nearly not adjustable to an acceptable mixture of hot with cold water.The room and the hotel were located besides a railway. The noois was stil at the limit acceptable, but disturbing when awake during the night.My room was on the third floor of 4. The stairs were not really a problem, but an escalator would have been nice.The washbasin was somewhat small and a couple of plastik mugs would have been usefull.
