This can be done in form of a cash deposit or the amount will be authorized on your credit card and will be refunded upon check-out. Please note that when the occupancy in the room is 3 guests, the 3rd person will sleep in a rollaway bed. Please note that only one dog per room is allowed. Please contact the hotel in order to confirm the dog and the room type. Thank you for taking note of our opening hours of the pool: Monday from 7:00 to 11:00 and then from 17:00 to 21:00, Tuesday or Thursday included from 7:00 to 10:00 and then from 17:00 to 21:00 Friday from 17:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 22:00 Sunday from 9:30 to 16:00. please note that the last order for the evening meal at The Green restaurant until 10:30 p.m. and last order for room service until 11 p.m.

Pros +
- The bar and restaurant were better than expected.
- Great breakfast buffet
- Front desk staff were both friendly and helpful. Hotel was pet friendly and the staff were very welcoming with my dog.
Cons -
- A little far out of the city,but the No. 4 bus will get you to the central area.
- Only negative thing is that there is no airport shuttle, despite being advertised as having one. I was able to take a taxi to/from the airport, which was super easy, just would have been good to know that in advance.
- Somebody from the Hotel the day after my departure had charged 92,88 ¿ without my consent, I called them to request an explanation but they just said it was a mistake, but still waiting from them to call me back to let me know if they have return the mon
