Hotel Rusca

It was april and the room was very hot. The heat can't be regulated so we had to sleep with open window. being close to a major road it was noisy. The bed was very hard. no breakfast was available for purchase. However, there was a restaurant at walking distance to go to for breakfast.

The mattress could be softer. Also, the heat should be available to regulate.

The young blonde lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. It was nice to see that in a new town.

We had booked the room with my 15 years old for 11 nights and we stay 10, All these days they changed the sheets, one time!! the room was dirty, they haven't change the towels untill I had tell them after 3 days !! They hadn't put new toilet paper for 3 days! The bathroom was so small and the cockroaches made "party" at this. The breakfast was so poor and the chery on the top was the wedding party and the loud music that can listen in the room like you were in this.Pictures and comments at the booking.com does not respond to reality , with my return, I checked at google and the majority of customers are disappointed

They have a very good breakfast and friendly staff but the whole place needs a little updating. The area is safe while not the prettiest. There aren't many alternatives, at least in the immediate area, so this was a good value.

We loved our stay at hotel Rusca , staff was very kind and professional, room was good , pillows and bed were comfortable, just the heating was kinda low , dureing the day is a bit cold in rest was good value for money .

The staff is amazing, I had lost my jacket on the bus in Deva(I didn't know I had to get out for another bus to Hunedoara) and they called the bus driver. The receptionist manager, Mrs. Blandu, collected the jacket, which I could pick up at the reception. Forever grateful for their service. Breakfast was nice and the rooms itself were a bit outdated, but clean and neat. Location is great as well and a beautiful church next door that you should visit.

It can be a bit loud at night, if you have a group of travellers staying or teenagers in my case. Luckily, the receptionist asked them to be quiet after a while, which was very nice.

The hotel has a communisticall look.The staff where super friendly and helpfull.The hotel is centrally and you can do anything on foot, for example Castle Corvinisti.
