Really kind staff, good size parking, good size room, clean, modern

Bed was too soft for my liking

I liked everything. I felt like home the entire time I stayed there. Food was delicious, the staff was very nice and warm, rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. For sure will come back!

Quiet, serene and relaxing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious. On site parking is always a plus.

Nothing really bad, but be aware there is not an elevator.

Rooms were themed and very nicely presented. All was very clean and bathrooms were very nicely fitted and very clean.

Very modern, clean and spacious rooms. Location is good as it's a short drive to Corvin castle. The staff were friendly and we were able to request late check-in without incurring any extra cost.

The hotel looks brand new, lots of private parking spaces are available. Room and the bathroom were big with modern furniture. Everything was perfectly clean, and the nights were so quiet! Lots of kind of meals were available for breakfast, and the meals were filled up continuously, so late comers could enjoy the same variety as early birds. The staff were very nice and friendly. Wifi was the best I have ever experienced, the speed (400 Mbps with 5G) was even better for me than at home. Netflix was activated on the Smart TV, so it is included in the service. Air condition is also available in the room.

The apartment seems very clean, and new. the rooms were quite big and the there was a play ground in the interior garden for our small children, The bed's mattress was very comfortable. The stuff was very friendly.

The breakfast should have had delicious local produce. Everywhere there were apples, pears, watermelon and grapes. Delicious tomatoes. The breakfast had pineapple, kiwi and oranges and imported tomatoes. None were as tasty as local produce would have been. Also fresh local pastries and bread would have been better than croissants and sliced white supermarket bread.

To much fake plants and when you look at details you can see the paint job is bad and details not well.

There is a pool, buffet breakfast and a restaurant. The location is perfect for Hunedoara. The room is exactly as described and shown in pictures.

Everything Room, facilities, food, pool

The hotel is new, have very nice rooms and swimming pool. Maybe the water in the swimming pool was to warm for hot days, but anyway everything looked perfect and nice. Tasty breakfast have very good orange juice. The staff could learn maybe better English, but it's possible for sure to talk.

We asked for a watching clothes service, but they didn't tell us the price, after we need to pay it cost us 20eur per bag for one room, was a bit too expensive. But in general everything was OK.

The quality and the services are low, not in line with the prices and the pictures. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, it's very soft and gets very hot, a horrible sleep. The pool is filled with chlorine and even if you are a guest, apparently they don't let you stay at the pool over checkout.
