Friendly enough host, room clean with everything you need

Difficult/ possibly unsafe parking

The staff was friendly and they have a fun Bolywood channel,which the kids loved

The Airconditioner was broken,like the cover parts were on other pieces of furniture ,the sheets were with holes,the walls with stains,the breakfast -miserable and the nice ladies were by themselves(one in the morning,one in the evening),to take the orders in the dining area,clear the tables,bring the food and answer the front desk,which was obviously too much for them,because most tables were not cleaned and we had to wait long until our order was taken,then until we got the food and even afterwards for cuttlery.Also,they don’t speak English.

The room smelled like smoke, the A.C. didn't cool the room. The bathroom shower pan had a leak

They have their own free parking lot. Large breakfast area. Great view of the citadel.

The building has no elevator even though it’s a hotel building, and there is no one to help you with the bags up their stairs.

Old air conditioner that barely works and makes a lot of noise, bathroom shower leaks rusty water on the floor

Quiet place, not on a maine roade. They have a parking place.

The breakfast was ok. The room was really big

The AC didn't work properly so it was really hot in the room. We had trouble sleeping because of that

it was clean, good furniture.

The room temperature was extremely high: around 28 degrees. that temperature was really uncomfortable for me.

There was a strange decorative object - a vase filled with stuff (not too pretty, in my opinion, and completely useless) - placed on the table, right in front of the window. When I wanted to open the window I accidentally broke it (it was dark and I didn't see it) and had to pay for it next morning... The lady at the reception desk told me people often break the vases and then have to pay for them.

Good price, nice room

Made my reservation and selected large bed, and although it was the only thing I selected, they didnt respect it. They gave me a room with two beds, and the sleeping was awful in this conditions

Everything was fine, breakfast was very good and enough. The room was very warm, and clean.

Upon entry in the room, there was a bit of a smell, like it hasn’t been aired. But everything was clean, bedsheets &pillows were smelling nice, clean.
