Great location and easy access to the city. Staff was great and friendly!

Rooms need updating and repairs. It was extremely hot in the room and there was no airconditioning just 2 broken and noisy fans.

The restaurant was good, the location was great, the layout was niche. Rooms were a nice size.

The front desk could have had my invoice ready, I had indicated that I was in a hurry and had even given a heads up that I needed my invoice. then it still took long. Also the heater was on, the curtain was broken and the bathroom was old and outdated.

Breakfast was very good, beds are good, 'living room' was also good and comfortable. Internet was good!

Bathroom is a little outdated. Also the hairdryer in my room (101) did not seem to work (but I brought my own).

The noise from neighboring room was annoying. One could hear all bathroom noises.

Socket for the coffee maker did not work, but there were others, so it was fine.

The location was perfect, and the place itself was great – the room was cozy, and the beds were super comfy too! The staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. I’d really love to come back! The only thing that could use a little upgrade is the breakfast – a bit more variety in the food would make it even better.

Very friendly greeting at the check--in, made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and pleasant and clean. Nice beds and bedding; I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a shower and bath. A nice coffee machine in the room. Nice furniture, e.g. full mirror which helped getting ready for work. The property looks beautiful, made me feel relaxed for a busy day (work stay). Breakfast room was very pretty and the breakfast had some 'tidbits' that made it feel a bit different from other hotel breakfasts.

Nothing. (If pressed, I'd say that if you could change coffee creamer for coffee milk, it'd be perfect - tasty coffee just makes me happy)

Everything about our stay was excellent, except one thing. But we loved the room, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was right next to the University. When we arrived we were exhausted, and it was nice that the hotel had a restaurant where we could eat without any effort.

The walls are very thin. So we could hear everything happening in the room next to ours, including our neighbor vomiting for one hour when they arrived back at their room at 11:30pm. We could also hear every conversation they had.

The style of the rooms is lovely, with some as duplex. The bedding is very comfortable with fluffy covers, everything is clean and proper.

There was a weird periodic noise during the night, which disturbed me quite a lot while sleeping. Besides that the road is quite noisy, so i would definitely recommend earplugs for anyone sleeping here.

Plenty of space in room. Warm. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Great value for money. Food in restaurant was really good.

Hotel is a little tired in places.

Hotel location is close to the University. Parking slot was spacious. Even without reservation we got a table in the Bistro. The food was good. Overall service was OK in both Hotel and Bistro.

We love the breakfast that was offered, it's absolutely value for money and beyond. The peace and tranquility that surrounds the facility in unmatched and the staff are helpful and respected

Location is perfect when visiting university of twente

We got a room that has a strong smell of cigarette and we have to request a change. I booked a 2 double bed room and it was a double bed and a uncomfortable kind of sofa bed… the pillows were very bad… but they offer you to pay to change them…

Standard chain hotel. Nice two story room with a bed on the second tier. Standard bathroom, has a bathtub. Clean, nice. there is a balcony, but you can see that no one has been out on it for a long time and it looks a bit neglected. Last time there was an experience with bad heating, this time everything was fine - the batteries worked well. Convenient parking, good location in town. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad either.

The staircase, its steps - a little creaky. Going downstairs at night to use the toilet or to fetch water can wake others. The automatic staircase lighting is also a bit annoying and blinding. But that's part of safety....

The location was easily accessible to key areas without having the nonsense of having to be in the middle of the city. Also the convenience of free on-site parking was a big bonus considering how much it costs for overnight parking in some random multistorey with no affiliation to your hotel.

It was near public transport links, the staff were very helpful..

That I arrived back to the hotel just after midnight and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel, although one of my friends came down and let me in.

Although I admired the property’s old and classic charm, we had to wait around 10 minutes at the reception before a staff member finally arrived. Unfortunately, the person who attended to us was rather rude, and despite the delay, we did not receive even a simple apology, which was quite disappointing.Our room was also not so clean as it should be.
