InterCityHotel Enschede

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was on point 10/10

Location is perfect

Cold, air conditioning was insufficient. No housekeeping during the stay. Our umbrella is stolen from inside the room.

Excellent location across from train station and 5 min walk to the town centre with cafes, restaurants and shops.

The location is great, everything is walking distance from the hotel. Since I had to move a lot due to my work during my stay, it was great to have the train station so close. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Location and size of the room were perfect.

The AC wasn't working well, and the room was cold overnight. The coffee cups provided in the room and the breakfast had signs of usage and were dirty. The breakfast options were limited.

location is good Parking under the hotel is fine Room has decent size

There was no restaurant in the hotel. my stay was for multiple days but now cleaing the room or bed during the stay

The location is great and easily reachable by car or train. The staff was nice and rooms are functional with a TV, kettle, safe and minibar. There was no bartender, but someone from the frontdesk helped us out and made us some nice drinks.

The room felt like it hadn't been used for a while, as there was dust on the side-table and one of the pillows. The beds themselves were low to the ground and the mattresses felt well used. There was no coffee machine (only instant coffee), no separate shampoo/conditioner in the shower and the water pressure of the shower was quite low. What surprised us the most is that the room was 26C when we walked in.The vending machine in the lobby only accepts cash, which would be fine, but it didn't have any change, so you had to give it the exact amount.

Close to the station and center, amazing front desk and house keeping staff, every day cleaning and drinks always refilled (under request)Top floor room with the best city view.

Outside access’s elevator cleanliness

The location is great, right next to the central station and close to the city center.

The room was not very clean, there were stains, hairs and sticky stuff around the room ... the bathroom was better cleaned but not well maintained. the hallway from the elevator to the room had a very strong smell of tobacco as if, not one, but several people were smoking in their rooms.I could not control the temperature in my room, just "cool it down".The bed was terrible, no other way to describe it.I had to call reception for a wifi-code, this was not immediately given upon check-in.Very basic service and facilities for the price. Maybe would stay again but not for a long stay. Quite disappointing but now i know.

The location was very convenient

Unopenable windows. Had to use only tbe air conditioner.

Clean and quiet hotel.

Chose this place because parking was available but parking lot was full. Also, we had to pay extra 10€ for early check-in at ~1 pm, although the room was ready.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room.

Polite staff, clean and very convenient for the proximity to both the central station and old town.

The entrance was underwhelming, minimal decor, a bit pricey.

The hotel has an awesome location, in front of the station and downtown just a few min from all stores and restaurants. Room is comfy clean and complete

Location is really convenient. Also staff is super helpful. Room was really clean.

The shower had very low pressure. Also the towels provided smelled musty. Furthermore, the outside elevator smelled like urine.

Location can‘t be beat. 2 minutes from train station as well as city center, yet quiet - and amazing views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, practical, clean, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. Been here many times, always excellent.

Super close to station, clean

Same offerings for breakfast everyday

Extremely well located, one block away from the train station and starting the old town. Modern and well equipped room. Easy walk to the center of the city, restaurants and cafes.

Courtesy of staff - excellent position - wide room

limited choice in breakfast - free wifi only upon registration to hotel fidelity program

The location was great, not far to walk to the centre or St Pauli. Beautiful building with original features from the original business. The staff always greeted us with a smile. On entering the suite we noticed a gift on a ‘doggy pillow’ for Alfie, lovely touch. The room was really comfortable and we found that we wanted to spend more time in it, relaxing.

When it was time to check out ?
