    Pros +

    • The fitness area was great – it offered a nice view and had new, modern equipment. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but everything available was fresh and tasty.
    • What a trip to stay in a hotel that used to be my lab space when I was a student here. They did a really great job turning it into a hotel! The restaurant is excellent for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The gym is small but well equipped. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. The free wifi is excellent.
    • The room with the tall windows was beautiful with the panoramic view.

    Cons -

    • The room was uncomfortably cold, and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The climate control was either on and too cold, or turned off, which worsened the air quality. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening; unfortunately, the food was quite average despite the higher prices. You can find tastier and more affordable options in the city
    • My only complaint about the room is that the way the shower is designed means much of the bathroom floor gets wet - but there were enough towels to deal with that. My complaint about wifi is that the wifi the hotel gave me (by eduroam.nl) never worked - there were certificate issues. But there was the campus wide free wifi network, and that was totally fine and perfect. So frankly I don't know why they even bother with the eduroam.nl thing.
    • Later during my stay in my room, I was surprised to come across the smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom. I had no idea how the smell was entering my bathroom but it continued throughout my stay. I did not shower in there for this reason. This made the use of the bathroom very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

Wonderful view from the room, the park around the building, free parking, styling of the whole hotel and room itself and good coffee.

the location since is in the Twente University Campus that my son is studying

the beds were not that comfortable and the room was very average

If you're at UT for a conference, don't think twice about staying here. It's a bit pricey but the location and the outstanding breakfast make it worth it. The hotel is modern and comfortable.

The only odd thing is that the shower has no door and the bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower.

    Within University park.

Construction work at outer walls without any information in Booking.com. All night loud music on Thursday without any information beforehand.Taxi booking not reliable. Housekeeping staff entering room without asking …

The staff is very nice, the room was enormous and the view was super.

    8KarlygashPosted on: 3-24-2025

The hotel is relatively new and the location is perfect for the UT visitors. Breakfast is good enough and the restaurant is spacious. The hotel staff is welcoming. The room was in a minimalistic style but had everything one needs for a short stay.

    1) The view :). I wish we could stay in a room with the beautiful UT campus view. I hope the prices vary depending on a view. 2) we needed home slippers and they are usually available in hotels for a fee. However, they were not available. I think this would be a good idea to sell them on demand at the reception. (3) I did not see a luggage ramp at the hotel entrance so I had to lift the suitcase. It is OK for a light suitcase though.

Good location, nice room and comfy bad. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and good quality

The room was very cold, even when we set the temperature high.

    8GreggPosted on: 3-8-2025

Great staff Loved the high quality decor. Comfy bed and great showerThere's a "big light" in the room, rather than the usual poor lighting in other hotels.Quiet location.

Location is a bit out of the way - nothing around there at night.TV has an option for streaming, but doesn't currently work.No milk in the room for coffeeNo ironing board in the room

Very comfy hotel with a nice big bed, excellent shower and friendly staff.

Very low amount of storage space in the room.At one point I had accidentally left a towel on the bed and the cleaners just made the bed with a lump of towel in the middle under the covers, which was odd

    9MustafaPosted on: 2-3-2025

Room was spacious, bed was very big and comfortable.

    6Wanderer173Posted on: 2-2-2025

The location is nice and quite.

The bathroom was not very clean. The sink got clogged!

    5DariuszPosted on: 1-24-2025

    Style and big parking.

Price and good in restaurant. Price for breakfast was ridicules high and still pure.

    6StevenPosted on: 1-20-2025

The hotel's style and history are modern, and peaceful. The infrared sauna was really nice. People at reception are great and very nice & helpful. Plenty parking available and plenty charging points. Walking distance to all places in campus.

Breakfast buffet is expensive. The elevator is dead slow. The building (by building practice) is quite noisy. Even though the room was neat & clean at first sight, there were some details that were not taken care of.

    9AnnaPosted on: 1-18-2025

I enjoyed the styling of the hotel, the warm floor in the bathroom and the comfortable bed aside other things
