The location of the hotel, polite and professional staff.

During our stay, music from the hotel’s pool bar could be heard each night, usually ending around midnight. It could have been quieter or finished earlier.

room was good, beach was nice meal and alcohol were very poor.there wasn't enough place in the shadow of the pool, and the all inclusive deal we took was VERY disappointing

The location is very good, straight on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also good.

The people working in the hotel are friendly, helpful and very professional.I must say that beautiful young lady Savda was excellent ?. Maria so so helpful and caring.

The guests book the sunbeds by putting their towels in early morning hours and not even using them.

The receptionists at the hotel were amazing – super helpful and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome and made everything easier. The location is absolutely perfect – just a few steps from the beach.:)

Hotel dinner was ok, but nothing special. Would recommend breakfast, but not half board.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location near to the beach. It was about a 20-minute walk to the center and the same walk to the famous and beautiful Nissi beach. There are many supermarkets nearby. Our room in the first floor was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom, even a hairdryer. Breakfast was nice, classic selection, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is communicative and helpful. Wifi worked well. The city center must be very lively in season, off season it was a pleasant place to relax, it wasn't overcrowded. A big plus for the willingness of the maintenance guy who helped me repair my borrowed bike. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, but we didn't use it, it wasn't warm enough for swimming in April.

The only thing that bothered us was that there were not enough hangers for wet towels and it was quite cold at the beginning of April and we were missing warmer duvets, but the kind receptionist lent us extra blankets, then it was fine.

Kindly stuff nice beaches, the food is very tasty .The stuff helped to solve every issue.Nice clean hotel with beautiful view .

Breakfast was perfect, service and cleanliness were good. The size of the rooms was also good. The location is close to the beach and the center.

Everything in this hotel was excellent. The location is just about 5 minutes on feet from Nissi beach. We had a room with side sea view (612) and every morning the view just really used to leave us speachless. Room was so clean and facilities were changed every other day. In reciption - Maria is so nice. She even helped me with the things out of her duty.Definitely recommended Would be happy to come again

Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities included in the room. The reception area, restaurant and pool areas were clean, well apportioned and comfortable.

The breakfast we had was cold. Staff were apologetic but then argued that the hot foods were within the accepted heat range and it is regularly replenished so could not be cold. The safe did not work. The receptionist was very responsive but as we were only staying for a short time did not require an engineer to call. We did not take kindly to 20-30 tour reps visiting the hotel and photographing the pool area with us and guests relaxing. When questioned the Manager said they were only photographing the building??

Rooms cleaned daily ,towels changed daily, free bottle of water everyday, provided beach towels, friendly staff
