The bed and pillows are really good. The breakfast was quite good. Rooms were clean.

The room "with the pool vew" actually looks at the karaoke club, which you can hear till 3 in the morning, even with all windows closed. We were at the end of the season, maybe because of that the plants in the lounge and bar area looked "tired", dry and unpleasant. The gym reeked of mold. The hotel does not provide electricity adapter. The guests have to buy them.

I really enjoyed it the staff is super nice and guides you with everything, it was super clean and the place of the hotel is amazing it’s near all the restaurants and shops, highly recommend.

The location was good, but sometimes it was a bit noisy. Overall, it’s a nice area. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and they welcomed us with champagne in our room.

The hallways could be a bit cleaner, but our room was clean, and whenever we asked for cleaning, the staff responded promptly and took care of it.

The location is perfect, near all the shops, restaurants and beach. The hotel is so bright and elegant, breakfast is fantastic has everything.

The breakfast was disappointing. Even with the windows closed, you can clearly hear all the noise from the rides in the park outside. In addition, guests are required to keep the same beach and pool towels for two days, which feels unhygienic, and the staff keeps track of it.

When we arrived they mentioned that our room had some AC problems and they offered us an one-night upgrade to an incredible room. The next day they have solved the issue with the AC and our room was ready. Even though it was a standard room, it was still amazing. Had everything you need, nice view over the city and seaside and very comfortable beds.We also appreciated the hotel staff as they were very friendly and helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you need (eggs, hams, cheeses, vegetables, cereals, some fruits and sweets). The sunbeds and the pool were also a nice touch and we enjoyed our time there when we were not going to the seaside.

It tends to be a bit noisy from the outside karaoke bar/ amusement park. If you have issues falling asleep with noise, then you might find it difficult to sleep, but for us it was not an issue.

Great location and the staff was very friendly and kind. The pool area was great with a very accessible and nice bar attached to it.

Due to the location being at the very centre of the busy area we could hear the music from the nearby bars and karaoke until late in the night.

Pool closed at 6pm. Don’t get that rule.Poor selection at breakfast. As a vegan I didn’t have a lot of options. It would be nice to serve local fruits.Very thin walls, loud music from the luna park, just a warning for others- if you need to sleep in peace, it might be hard.

Perfect service. Great staff. Decent food. Ideal location. Been coming here for 7 years now. And will come next 7 years as well. Pretty good hotel. Totally recommended

Noisy brits everywhere. But they are in the whole city so what can you do. Sometimes they act like animals but oh well.

Very good location, although a bit noisy at night. Nice variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Spacious room with a fridge, glasses and a TV. A balcony with a nice view.

AC was not in a perfect condition and was making annoying sounds from time to time, so I couldn't sleep well with it. Dinner did not include free drinks which is ridiculous for the money paid. No water refreshments in the room the following 2 days.

Hot water came in 4-5 minutes after opening the tap. Corridor doors were noisy during closing.

Be careful about the door stopper in the bathroom by the toilet pot. Hurt my toes real bad as I wasn’t expecting it there.

The fact, there was no amenities at the room or reception like conditioner , body balm , tooth brushes, shower cups . Water in the room only on arrival for free . I feel like this kind of things are now in standard with Hotel this class .

Maybe, the evening dinner could have a little bit more choice. It was 2 evenings the same fish. But all together was certainly not bad!!

Everything was great tasty breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool and very helpful staff especially Petra at reception was extremely helpful and kind.

Good location, fair prices, clean room. Breakfast selection is big and very good. All Staff I had contact with were very welcoming and friendly.

The noise reduction of the rooms could be better in my opinion. There were some noisy guests in some rooms around mine, that's why a noise-reduction in the rooms would be good.

I had view to the sea, but because it is located next to the amusement park, the evenings are loud, forcing you to go out and have fun, instead of sleeping. So sleep before evening?
