This was my second time at this property, my last stay was in 2022 and i noticed a big difference.1- This time it wasn’t as clean:- the room only got tidy without it being actually cleaned.- we ask for ice three times and got it 3 hours later.- in our 10 day stay we saw 3 cockroaches ( one of them was on the “ captains deck “ dining table and two were next to the pool bar.- on our first day we went to the sunbeds that were assigned to us around 11am and the ground was covered with juice and lemon slices from the night before - i kindly asked staff to send someone over to clean it up but no one came.We came back to this resort because we loved it so much on our first visit.. but unfortunately after this visit im not sure we will be coming back

Nothing except I wish the management gave us a better quieter room as I had asked via booking.con but we had a noisy room over a smoke-filled guest area so we could not have fresh air.

Amazing staff, the all inclusive is wonderful. A lot of pools and a lazy river.

Room are nice and quite big however not very fancy. Bus ride required to get to city center (7 minutes of ride)

Excellent Staff and Atmosphere: The vast majority of the staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the live music, which created a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel.Great Amenities: The quality of the food, drinks, and general facilities was very good.Spacious and Open: The hotel has a very spacious layout. We never felt crowded or confined, which was a huge plus.

Room Condition: Our room felt a bit "tired" and could use some maintenance. We noticed a broken door frame, and there were persistent smudges and streaks on the mirrors and in the bathroom that couldn't be cleaned away.Privacy Breach: This was our biggest concern. Staff tried to enter our room without any prior warning while we were inside changing. We asked them not to enter, and they left. Afterwards, we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but they ignored it and entered the room while we were away. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel very uncomfortable.Frustrating Mobile App: Nearly everything is managed through the hotel's app, but it is poorly designed and not user-friendly. There was only one working method to log in, which wasn't obvious. To make matters worse, the hotel had mixed up our names, registering my wife as the primary guest. Since the primary guest's last name is part of the login credentials, we couldn't log in. The reception staff in our building couldn't help and sent us to the main building. We wasted a lot of time and, as a result, couldn't get a reservation at the restaurant we wanted.Minor Inconvenience: A small detail, but the iron in the room didn't have a water spray function, and no separate spray bottle was provided.

Wonderful service, excellent food, and fantastic hotel facilities.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not match the hotel's overall standard. The very low level of cleanliness actually forced me to purchase cleaning supplies outside the hotel and clean the room myself daily. This is certainly not how I expect to manage my stay at a hotel of this caliber. Regrettably, this is the only factor that might prevent me from returning to stay with you.

Lots of pool space, nice garden room.

Kids club - parents can’t get in.Pools - a little bit too cold (End of May).Food - all inclusive, but lacking quality, specially the burger place.Couldn’t get a place at the restaurants besides one night, and food was good! I wish I could get more restaurants nights.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was very professional and welcoming! The food and the drinks were fantastic! The outdoor space is very quiet and picturesque.

The sunbed reservation system is awful. We got stuck in a very bad location even though there were plenty of vacant sunbeds near the pool. People reserve best sunbeds for all the stay, but they don’t really use them. It’s not fair!!!! The pool staff really tried to help us, but all the good places were “reserved “. It was a really disappointing pool experience!Indoor pool was cold and not suitable to swim early in April

I highly recommend this particular hotel as the overall personal experience was flawless! The hotel has a premium luxury which can afford taking into consideration the perfect service along with all the relevant luxuries they can provide you such as various options with the food. It is worth mentioning which is remarkable that they can serve you particular ice creams and many other unforgettable food choices that you can't even imagine!

The indoor pool area is not equipped at all. The door between the sauna and the pool is closed for unknown reasons.Pillows are not comfortable

the facilities were superb and the food was amazing! We had our room upgraded on arrival too and it was huge with a lovely balcony over looking the pool!

sadly, despite putting a travel cot in our room they told us that "no child was included on the booking" - so why they put a travel cot in our room, i've no idea! We then had to pay an extra 22EUR per day to include my daughter which was a disappointing first impression!

Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids. They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids).

Pillows could be better.

Food and drinks were great, the kids club and staff were great and the entertainment in the evening was very good

There wasn't anything we didn't like

The food as very good, well seasoned and great variety. You have to book some of the restaurants, so get in there quickly if you can. The staff are EXCELLENT, please tip them if you can, they go above and beyond. There are some great amenities and love that there is an adults only section at the pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and in great condition to begin with.

Would love to get some more information about the resort beforehand. Would be great if there was a resort map on the app so we can know where everything is. Also, I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but it is a slightly older crowd/couples and family - so if you're mid thirties or below and younger, maybe aim for somewhere on the strip unless you're looking for a relaxing all inclusive.Would also love if there was maybe a bottle of liquor in the rooms..especially as the all inclusive feature on beverages finishes quite early compared to other resorts I've been to.

Allocated sun beds, place didn’t seem busy apart from the arena in the evening.

Didn’t get the rooms we booked, seems many had the same issue where the hotel over book. POINTLESS booking so far in advance when you don’t get what you book and pay for. Slow drink service in the overcrowded xperiance arena.
