1. swimming pool to open earlier 2. night events on the roof top would be amazing.

The rooms are great for couples. Sky pool & bar are also nice if you are looking to relax and not go to see around.

Very nice rooftop pool, very friendly staff, cleaned room, delicious breakfast.

Noisy area, because the hotel is by the roundabout where it is a lot of traffic, also a lot of young and party people as a guests, they were screaming whole night, and no one say anything so you cant really rest here, but overall it was okay

Unreal place, rooms are fab, rooftop pool was incredible.

Cocktails are too pricey and food is expensive for what you get.

The staff at the hotel make the difference, they are all very professional, attentive and friendly (restaurant, bar, cleaning). They also pay attention to details. Food is very good - breakfast and restaurant options are excellent- good variety and also very tasty, very well cooked. Pool area is nice and the sun beds are good quality. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you Napa Suites team ;)

For us it was OK, but perhaps light sleeping guests should bring some noise canceling ear plugs for good rest. The hotel is in front of a roundabout, you will hear a lot of scooters/buggy/car engines revving.

Delay with the dinner as the waitress did not ordered for both of us the choices we said.Parking os terrible.

Loved the location, the rooftop pool & lounge area was fantastic!

The traffic noise was a little loud, especially when cars were constantly honking their horns, but overall it was bearable for me.

- Due to change in plans we contacted the hotel and asked if we could come earlier and eat breakfast that day, the answer was "Yes of course". When we arrived we were told we can stay for breakfast at extra charge, I showed the receptionist the message exchange and she admitted the staff wasn't clear but that it's my fault because "I should have asked". I pointed out that any hotel accepts external guests for meals, it is obvious and there is no need to write to ask that. She agreed but the manager still said that it's not their fault and we'd have to pay. So instead of paying a couple of euros for eggs and bread spreads, they started off with 2 unhappy costumers. They could have told me breakfast has an extra charge and that's it. - When we booked I sent a message via Booking asking for the possibility of a quiet room. I received a generic message on the lines of it is possible, according to availability. When we arrived no one knew about the request and told us most rooms face the main street, and only one room on the other side is available, at extra cost. - The ipad in the room didn't work and some of the room functions can be booked via the ipad only. Initially we were told they will replace it. The morning after again no one knew about it, they said they cannot replace it but can charge it. We were told it was charged and ready in our room but it wasn't, at reception again they didn't know what the problem was. In the end the docking station of it didn't work, all that is needed was a working charger (but many people write the ipads don't work, so the Hotel probably knows about this and simply refuses to buy new docking stations/fix the problem for good).- Clicking noise from the AC (even when the AC is off) - technician came to fix it, but the noise remained and again we were told we cannot change room as no rooms are available, nor were we offered another solution.

We loved the private pool and sky view lounge on 4th floor. This made it a perfect honeymoon

Everything closed a little to early on our arrival but the staff were great and provided lunch by the pool

The staff is very friendly and the room was comfortable. The view from the infinity pool si amazing. The breakfast and pool bar were very nice as well.

Far for any beach, you need to take a taxi or walk a lot, but worth it for the view from the pool. Additionally, it is further from the loud music and crowds of the city centre.The room was not as clean as we expected for the price.

We liked very much the breakfast option, there was a good variety of food also possibility to have a freshly made omelete/egs. We loved pool area and cabanas.The staff at pool bar was lovely, they took a good care of us.

During our stay the hotel was short staffed in housekeeping, which we felt, because the room was cleaned way later than usual, 2 days in a row we only asked for new towels and no cleaning at all because we would have to wait even more until somebody would clean it, plus we were already upset about that. We would appreciate if hotel would do something about that. We understand, but also on the other hand we paid enough money to receive the services we paid for.

My stay at Napa suites was wonderful, the breakfast was good, the pool and the rooftop are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The team is very friendly, kind and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped as well. I recommend !!

The only thing I regret is that we can hear all the noise of vehicles driving outside, horns honking even when the windows are properly closed. Next time, I would request a room on the other side of the building, away from the road.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is very well-equipped, the staff is very kind, and everything is very clean, the food is very delicious. The dinner portions are enormous, it's impossible to eat that much, so we always ordered just one main course, which even the two of us couldn't finish. Furthermore, the view from the top is breathtaking.

The breakfast selection is adequate, but it's always the same. For dinner with half board, only two types of mains (meats) are available without an extra charge. Furthermore, from the two desserts only one is included without an extra charge. he rooms facing the street are very noisy due to the road, and the number of parking spaces at the hotel is very limited, especially since small motorbikes can also take up large spaces meant for cars, instead of having dedicated parking spots. When there is no space available, you can park in a free street parking spot a 1-2 minute walk away. Additionally, the bed was way too soft.
