I liked everything about our stay :) the rooms were clean, the food was tasty and there was a lot of variety (different cuisine every night). The staff was nice and accommodating. I can fully recommend it!!

Great locaten. 2 min from the best beach Greek sand. Very comfortable room. Very friendly personal.

The room was clean, the swimming pool was beautiful but only open till' 18.30. The bar at the pool had very good drinks. The food was delicious and they had live music every night at the restaurant. Nothing to complain about the hotel, everything was great. The location is a little far from the city, so you have peace and quiet night and day.

I spent 9 nights at this hotel — one of the best places I have ever stayed in around the world. I booked a Grand Suite, which was very beautiful and spacious, with a jacuzzi and a stunning view. The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionists. I truly like them and like how they treat the guests. The food was good, the location excellent and quiet, and the cleanliness level was outstanding. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Ayia Napa. I highly recommend it.❤️ Tamam Abusafi

Most of The staff was really friendly , lovely hotel , loved my Room it was super luxurious, amazing location, nice restaurant at the hotel with some lovely events of live musicians.

You can hear everything around the other rooms , one time we had music on out the balcony & was thrown trash from our neighbors in the next rooms which was embarrassing . We never played music again so we wouldnt be kicked out of the room cz we had a threat from the receptionist . I also didnt like that the gym at the hotel closes at 7pm so u cant workout at night .

Excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Diverse options, with choices for all tastes. The management was like a wise man. The gym was clean and tidy daily. Very open rooms with a wonderful panoramic view.

Truly enjoyed fabulous hotel design. The location was a bit far from the center of Aya Napa, but it was good for chilled people and walking distance to the bridge of love. Their spa area was also nice, enjoyed sauna when the weather became chilly after sun set.Breakfast was very good with variety food including local dishes.

The room was next to the elevator and the sound was a bit loud. And The beach was across the road and needed to walk through the parking space of the restaurant, but it was pretty close.

Very nice location, close to the beautiful sandy beach ( sun beds and umbrellas are charged €2.50 each). Nice outdoor pool area at the hotel. Spa facilities are ok. Very clean around the hotel and rooms! Massive thank you to the housekeeper team! Our room always was fresh and clean! Great and super friendly bar staff!

A restaurant staff are not friendly, especially some members of male staff a completely were ignoring a woman ( Adamos was talking only to my husband, ignoring my request, or order for water, or he just was keep walking through me, but super nice to my husband). Also, during dinner- drinks are not included, you pay even for water. No one mentioned that, in the end of your stay you will get a bill for a still water for every single one dinner.Very poor choice of the dishes for dinner. Every day same food, only different names. No much seafood, fish.

Everything was good. Nice, clean hotel and nice staff. Spa area was nice (free of charge) and gym was good. Breakfast was good.

Restaurants were not so nearby. The hotel room was not so big.

Hotel corridors are a bit outdated.Sauna and steam room needs renovations, they look old, a bit smelly and the showers look like the have not had a renovation in a while.

I loved the staff at this hotel. it was my boyfriend’s 60th birthday and they really made it special. the location is great especially for shomer Shabat people since it so close to Chabad. the facilities were very well maintained and the breakfast was good.

we arrived at Ayia Napa at the end of November and almost nothing was opened. we got lucky to find 2 great restaurants that were recommended by the hotel. dinner at the hotel was nothing special.
