The management is the best part about this place. They are fantastic! It’s close to the beach, has a great breakfast, and comfortable apts.

Literally everything, the room was always clean, it is big with a lot of the sun light and enormous balcony. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the receptionist. They have a great pool and tropical garden. The breakfast is very good, there is a lot of different food and everything is delicious.

I stayed here at the end of May this year with my sister, and it was a very pleasant stay! The staff.was very nice, and whenever we needed anything, they responded immediately! :) The room was very spacious like an apartment, and the bed was very comfortable. The place is very nice with a pool and palm trees that give a special vibe.

Spacious apartment with very friendly hotel-type services (daily cleaning, breakfast) in a quiet area near the centre. Lovely pool and bar/restaurant, free laundry, parking, fully equipped kitchen and nearby supermarket and the best sushi restaurant in Ayia Napa.

Definitely have the mixed feeling about this one. Maybe the best review would be what you pay - is what you get (with overall feeling that with a bit more, You could get better). Strong pros: position and availability of free parking if you are using rent a car. The grocery store across the street opened 00-24. Proximity to the party street area if you are into that. The hygiene of the apartment was very well maintained.Breakfast was tasty, prepared even earlier than official breakfast time (08-10am). Also, big praise to non-local stuff, they make this place look decent and deliver what You paid for. Almost forgot, who likes the pool, this was a decent one, other guests used it with joy.

If you are not renting a car and are not planning to party all night, choose a different place. The bus station is relatively close on maps, but a bit far on Cyprian sun. If you are a light sleeper, also choose a different place, the apartments are on the direct road to the party area so a lot of car/baggy revving noises and drunk singing are included in the price.Unordinary towel change policy - every three days is too long over the summer season, in my opinion. On the second day of the arrival, we found ourselves stranded a bit, stuff was kind, and gave us towels free of charge that time. Breakfast is aldo tasty, always the same, so after 7 days, you feel like your appetite is slowly vanishing. Apartment facilities could be maintained better to meet the expectations from the Booking pictures (shower cabin door missing, replaced very poorly by shower curtain, cabinet door always opened - hinges should be adjusted, hooks on the wall loose etc.). I know this is not a hotel, but it proved itself that with our daily routine reception working time from 8-18h, it is a handicap. Because of this and early flight time, we were hussled 10e more for the taxi transfer, reserved via reception. Receptionist said 60e, taxi driver asked for 70e (Andreas and George transfer - ah you rascals). If the receptionist were there, I am sure we would find out whether this was a misunderstanding or an elaborate scheme against the people in need...

I liked that the room was spacious, clean and included a kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. The beds were comfortable. The cleaners were awesome. The pool was nice and relaxing.

The only thing that I had a minor problem with is that I couldn't turn off the display light of the air conditioner while still running the air conditioner. There was a button for it, but it didn't work. For me, as someone that is sensitive to light when I need to sleep, the light generated from the air conditioner was a bit bothersome, but I managed to block it out with a sleep mask, and still had a wonderful stay at La Casa Di Napa. This is only a very minor inconvenience, and I'm only mentioning it in case there is something that could be done about it for the next light-sensitive sleeper. ?

Everything. The whole complex is so clean, large pool, food is amazing, tropical garden is beautiful, staff is awesome. Accomodation is spacious, you have all the amenities, internet is simply great, awesome for digital nomads everything is on walking distance.

The apartment was perfect for any stay. It’s was spotless, the management went above and beyond to ensure the stay was above expectation.I am a regular traveller and visitor to the area but I was still very impressed with the timely responses to my messages, the attentiveness to my requests and the level of service I received.I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again myself.Thank you for a lovely stay.

We arrrived late in the night and the host waited for us. Apparment was very spatios, clean and modern furniture. Huge terrace. Very quiet. Excelent parking space, we rented a car to travel arround the island. Close to the sopping street by walk.

Close to the centre. A good variety of options for the breaksfast. Very attentive staff and welcoming.

The room could look a little crowded due to many and different pieces of furniture. The fridge it is quite loud, we had to unplugged it during night so we could sleep. We also had ants in the bathroom.

Location,cleanliness and friendly staff

We had an excellent stay, I can really recommend this facility. The location is close to the center but quiet, the breakfast is good, lots of stuff to choose from. The rooms are big enough.

It would be great if there is some basic stuff in the kitchen - salt, oil, sugar.

Seems that they clean a lot inside and outside-but there were some ants inside (not many..)which where destroyed by material immediately-and almost didn’t come back.tv had only Greek channels.

Upgraded to the luxury one bed apartment. Modern kitchen, huge balcony with great sunset vuewsLovely pool and garden areabreakfast was good, good selection of foods. we only stayed 4 nights. had I stayed on longer I'd soon become bored of the selection. 20 minute walk to harbour. 15 minutes to Musan beach, 5 minutes to the strippeaceful area

Rooms need a good clean. Massive build up of dirt on the skirtingPool side toilets also in need of a thorough clean.electrical items in the kitchen (kettle/toaster) had a two pin plug but Cyprus uses 3 pin sockets!fridge door did not seal properly, hence not chilling things well.
