    Pros +

    • I like the property as a whole as a building with the facilities. From the staff buggy drivers were nice! The pool in the VIP zone is very quiet and good!
    • Everything was great! The vip room was beautiful, staff was kind, good breakfast and pool, and the private beach is amazing. We didn’t want to leave.
    • - Rooms were very nice- Beach bbq restaurant was a great experience- swim up pool was fun - beach access was great

    Cons -

    • First of all, the housekeeping was not professional at all!! They were not changing the bed sheets all 4 days! Even sometimes the towels were the used ones! Until I told the reception and the last day they came and cleaned normally. Their cleaning overall was just 5 min making up the bed nothing else! All the staff members were entering the room with just knocking the door and at the same time opening the door which is highly unprofessional as well!Other than that the day that we were checking out I asked the reception to give us 1pm late check-out. However, they told that I need to pay for that. First time I see in any hotel that 1pm late check out is chargeable! The worst thing is the way they tell it. No manners at all!!
    • - Reception and check-in felt quite hectic- Collecting towels was inconvenient as we had to go quite far each day.- The kids club being closed one day in August was surprising and disappointing.- The playground was entirely in the sun, which made it unusable during the day—very frustrating for what is meant to be a kid-friendly hotel.
    • Our room was close to the main road, and all night long we heard the passing car and motorcycles. We woke up like every 30 minutes becouse of the motorcycles

At the hotel reception, I was told that I had booked a double room for one person, but I never received any confirmation. Despite already paying a high price, they took advantage of the situation and charged me an additional €400.There is no fair value for the high amount the hotel is charging.

    - Very beautiful resort with well-designed villas, multiple pools, and excellent facilities.- Overall, a hotel I would definetely recommend.- Nice location, although slightly outside of Ayia Napa, the resort offers convenient amenities such as on-site restaurants and a small grocery store. Plus, Ayia Napa is only a short drive away.

The below feedback is only for improvement purposes:- The check-in experience was disappointing. I had intentionally booked two garden-view rooms (without a pool) as we were traveling with a small child, but we were assigned pool rooms instead. When we requested the originally booked rooms, it took a long time to sort out, with one of the rooms only becoming available after the official check-in time.- The on-site restaurants were underwhelming in quality and overpriced. In my humble opinion, you’re better off dining in Ayia Napa.- Poolside sunbeds are nearly impossible to get. Most are “reserved” early in the morning by other guests placing towels on them, which was quite frustrating. And we haven't travelled during peak season.

The water park was excellent. Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Great beach. My kids liked the mini disco the magician show and the kids club. Staff were super nice and helpful. Lovely playground.

The food was average. Not so much my taste. Though varied.

Breakfast was good, pools were good for kids and the guys who do the buggy rides were friendly

Where to start. being only half bored it was clear the staff were not interested in treating us like those who were all inclusive. we were told nothing about the facilities, how to book restaurants or anything else. Our room had an infestation of ants and every morning we woke to find the beds and furniture covered in them. our 'clean sheets' had feces stains on, floors were filthy and the cleans did a very poor job. we had drinks chargedto our room that were not ours, door lock was broken and our keys cards had to be constantly replaced. Despite askinv every day none of the coffe or tea in the room was topped up all week. On checking out I was asked if we had a good stay and I said no, that was the end of that conversation... no questions as to what tbe issues were just like when we reported them throughout our stay... this is not a 5 star resort and I do not recommend staying here

We were a group of 13, 5 of them kids and this was perfect for us. The rooms directly on the pool are great and we had a lot of fun. The stuff is helpful and amazing.

Not a con but in my opinion it is more for families than a couple or a group of adults.

very friendly staff -easy check in/check out and very comfortable rooms. lovely beach, nice shaded areas - relaxed surroundings - well certainly return!

gym requested we used our own towels from the room (bit weird) -running machines very dusty and not entirely clean - they ran out of paper towels when I was there, unable to clean running machine, adding to the issue of hygiene already encountered.

Big resort but actually quite compact. Lots of pools around. Green hedges provided privacy in each little group. Food was excellent especially the lunch buffet.

There was no see swimming possible at the resort because of the rocks which were plentiful and sharp. I cut my leg trying to out far enough to swim properly. It was just not possible. We walked along the path to Ayia Napa which took about an hour and once there, a swimming beach was available. The port is very pretty and the coastline along the path is beautiful. Ayia Napa was a 5 minute bus ride away and the fare was a couple of euros. Buses go from the hotel location to the nearest beach every 15 mins. Protares is 10 mins taxi ride away and beaches are there too.

I had a wonderful experience at this property, and despite a couple of minor things, it definitely deserves a 10/10! The staff was friendly, which we appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed.

there wasn’t any heated outdoor pool, not even for small children, which would have been a nice addition. Also, the lunch and dinner options were a bit limited — at 3 PM, there was only one restaurant open serving burgers/fastfood, which felt a bit restrictive for all inclusive options. But honestly, these are just small details. Overall, everything was fantastic, and despite these minor points, we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was comfortable, the location was great, and the service was excellent.

We have just returned from a short 4 day getaway, absolutely amazing place to stay! Excellent staff, polite, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a swim up bungalow on arrival, no idea why but a serious bonus! If you're looking for an escape that doesn't feel like you're cooped up in a hotel, this holiday village is what you need!

We travelled with our 2 children (1,5 and 3) we stayed in the sea view one bedroom bungalow suite and it was perfect for us.

The water in the pools was already freezing, could have been heated a bit. Staff at the reception are not friendly.

Everything was so clean, accessible and welcoming. We loved our stay.

This is no fault of the hotel but it was a shame to see a lot of plastic in the sea / washed up. Perhaps some signs to encourage people to throw their litter away.

The Village is awesome, so pretty and so clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was full of varieties.

The location is so nice, the beach is sandy yet has rocks in it .Also the restaurants have limited places so better to reserve.

The huge and modern room with the private shared pool. The location of the Hotel is more than excellent (nearby car from everything)The area for walks were incredible, with that smooth music in every corner.

Firstly, despite the beautiful room, we encountered a large number of cockroaches in the bathroom, which was off-putting. Additionally, although complimentary water bottles were provided on the first day, the hotel expects guests to refill the same plastic bottles themselves for sustainability purposes. While we fully support eco-friendly practices, a more fitting solution for a five-star establishment would be to offer glass bottles that are refilled daily by the staff.Another inconvenience was having to fetch beach towels ourselves from a location far from both our room and the pool. For the price paid, towel service should be more accessible. Similarly, we were required to warm up baby food ourselves, which seemed surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, none of the restaurants offer a take-away option, which made things more challenging when dining with a small child. The service during breakfast was barely acceptable, with too few staff managing too many guests. On more than one occasion, we had to clear extra plates off our table ourselves. The children’s play area was also underwhelming—located in a dark room, with few toys and an early closing time, making it less appealing for families. To top it off, as we left, no one bothered to ask how our stay was, which left us feeling undervalued as guests

We got upgraded to a Bungalow. The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.

    Poor coffee taste.
