Nice pool, nice beach.

Old rooms, looks bad, not that clean, breakfast was with no vegetables, we asked for replace a room and no one help us, just told us to come later to talk with the supervisor… we give up

Our apt had a perfect location right in front of the beach, just a couple of steps to the pool.

Hotel is very beautiful with its pool,cottages, and gardens.Also,there is a small ice-cream minibus on the territory with delicious free ice cream. We were pleasantly surprised. Also, during the hottest time at the pool, representatives served refreshing drinks and fruits,for free.

View from my cottage,which was looking on the roof of the market. Don't take #41Also,the pool closes at 6PM,which is too early,as sunset is only at 8PM.

Location

Very old rooms, rooms are not clean, room facilities are to the minimum. This place needs a full renovation

Wonderful location. Various facilities, pool, the beach all close to the room

Breakfast was ok, not exceptional. There were ants under the pillow. Mosquitos as well (not the hotel's fault I guess)

Rooms require serious upgrades the curtains, bathroom and the furniture is old.The staff are rude they don’t care about the guests they are bored from the guests and don’t accept a word, they take every comments personal. They should know more about customer service.Be prepared to take your luggage by yourself because they don’t even care about you and your luggage.The room is dirty and full of ants even after cleaning, and you are lucky if they pass by your room and clean it, also the hotel is full of garbage they should collect it regularly I think they need more staff because the staff are not happy.The food is below average.

Electricity in room stops when you walk out.Location far from marina or missingPeople occupy the pool chairs early as 7 am, so if you drives at 9 there is no chair for you.Hotel has no policy on that.Even to the main road takes 5 to 7 min to walk Hotel should provide a free cart service to the main road.Bathroom with no ventilation and cold water running thin.

Everything was great !

We came here for the second time, with the family. Everything was really great. Abundant, delicious food, fantastic place, with wonderful staff. The animators are great, thank you for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ???

Nice bungalow style houses with so much potential to be top class great holiday resort, yet.....

Dirty rooms, old fashioned ugly equipment in the room, absolutely disgusting dirty bathrooms in shared areas (have never seen anything so bad in my 20 years of using Booking.com).Tired, helpless reception staff. Bar staff tried to be nice despite serving awful disgraceful drinks. OMG, do not think you will get Anything you want just because you stay in ' All Inclusive. You will get the cheapest, disgusting alternatives..And what is this Food is supposed to be? Disgraceful attempt to please the British people? If I come to Cyprus, I'd like to taste Cyprus cusine not English beans on toast!And oh dear, I've never stayed in such ugly 19th century rooms. but what makes it worse they have sooo much potential with location right by the beach!

Food wasn’t that good as i was expecting

The all inclusive package is worthy plenty of food and drinks options. no hidden items.Great location. Pool snack bar is very convenient especially is you have kids

Room furniture is quite outdated with tear and wear. Reception staff are not trained properly, especially at night shift hard to find and not willing to help you if you need something. Overall, definitely short-staffed.

The pool area, public spaces, and pool bar were enjoyable, especially the separate pools for kids and games. The beach proximity was a plus.

Cleanliness issues in the room, including a dirty toilet and leftover food from previous occupants, along with a subpar couch, were disappointing. Despite reporting these problems to cleaners and reception, no action was taken until we cleaned the room ourselves. Additionally, the 4th-day after reporting the issues to the management cleaning still was inadequate. The checkout process also had issues with incorrect charges. It's disappointing to see such organizational and service lapses.

The pool was good

The room was dirty and FULL OF ANTS. There was dust on the furniture The staff completely unprofessional and bad mouthing the hotel. Also understaffed for so many guests The food was just ok On our third day there was a power cut that lasted for more than 2 hoursAlso no help whatsoever with your luggage I wish someone had warned me not to waste my money there. But when I booked it there were no reviews yet on booking

Excellent location, fantastic beach, food had variety of choice.

Food quality not always consistent, though usually. Cleanliness could improve, especially if clients are more disciplined around the pool area. Some issues with customer service as well.
