Everything was amazing! The pools, the beach, our one-bedroom apartment was very comfortable, a lot of options for food. We will definitely come back

The apartments are a bit distant from the hotel and with small kids is a little problematic but it was also nice because it was quite.. so it is a good mix

Loved everything!!! Not sure why this is a 4 star hotel and not 5! Also had the best massage of my life - I believe her name was Jeannte. Very reasonable spa prices too - less then I pay at home!

Only complaints is the vegetarian foods are not marked and as a vegetarian it was hard for me, especially at dinner. But the food was excellent! Also fix you wifi. Very spotty and none by the beach - this is 2025!

Apartments are far from the hotel and the beach. There’s no hotel sunbeds on the beach so we had to pay everyday, even though that’s why we chose a hotel that’s right on the beach. Food was OK but not many options for allergies (they’re not clearly listed) or lactose intolerance.

The hotel is pretty nice, good located with nice pools and close to the beach. We stayed in a apartment which is about 3-4 min walking outisde the hotel zone, but is was quiet and there we also had acces to a pool.The apartment is spacios and the view is great ( the aparment was on the groundfloor) and we had acces to the garden directly. On the restaurant the food was varied ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) each night had another speciffic ( italian, greec, mediteraneean, grill )

- I think that due to the fact that apartmanets are outside hotel zone they don't pay to much attention to the cleanliness. They said that the cleanliness is done daily, but only on each 2nd day one day they are mopping and vaccuming, the other days only arrange towels and bad. - we chose all inclusive experience because we were with our doughter ( 1.5y) and we thought that we had also fresh fruit on the snack program but it was just fast food variants ( burgers, pizza and pasta)

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and have many positive impressions to share.The reception team, especially the Russian-speaking ladies, were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional — their excellent customer service made a great first impression.A special mention goes to Alexander from the animation team — a true professional who brought energy, enthusiasm, and joy to the activities.The spa at the hotel was another highlight — a real 5-star experience. The massages were of outstanding quality, and we especially thank Aziza, who is clearly an expert in her field.Breakfasts were rich and varied, offering a wide selection that remained enjoyable even over several days. Dinners were different each evening, with themed nights adding a nice touch — we particularly enjoyed the Japanese cuisine night. On a few occasions, we were even offered complimentary water at dinner, which we greatly appreciated.The restaurant staff also deserve praise — they were efficient, polite, and worked very well under pressure.Thanks to the hotel’s soundproof rooms and efficient air conditioning, we were able to rest comfortably despite the lively surroundings outside.

First, we were not able to use the balcony in our room. Although it had a city view, the room was located directly above the hotel entrance, and there was a strong sewage smell outside, which made it very unpleasant to spend any time on the balcony — except for hanging wet swimsuits. Additionally, the noise from motorcycles at night made it impossible to sleep with the balcony door open. Fortunately, the room had good sound insulation, and with the balcony door closed and the air conditioning on, it was quiet inside.Another issue was the quality of the pillows. Even though the staff responded to our repeated requests to replace them, the new ones were still extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep.We were also disappointed with the bedding. It didn’t match the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel — there was no proper duvet cover, only a flat sheet wrapped around the blanket, and the overall fabric quality was not ideal.

Little food for baby/kids at the bouffet, little fresh fruits at the bouffet and also at the snack bar.Cleanlinness of the apartaments is pretty poor, the shwoer sink was flooded, trash was taken after 3 days only after we reported to the front desk, the floor was messy even after the room was "cleaned".

We enjoyed the hot tub at our hotel room. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel staff was professional and kind.

We loved how clean it was. The location was fantastic.The food was brilliant. The staff were lovely.

The entertainment could have been better, the kids entertainment wasn’t as good as other places we’ve stayed however we loved the hotel and would stay there again.

Food! The quality of the food, variety including the All Inclusive Snacks variety was really good. Drinks were lovely, no complaints there and extra shout out to Sotos the barman, what a lovely guy. The decor was lovely too. And massage I paid for was so good!

For 4 nights at over 1000 euros it didn’t meet expectation or price. Firstly I would suggest not booking if you have younger children. The dining times are not suitable as dinner doesn’t start till 7pm. There was some sort of building works going on outside our studio which we were not warned of on the first morning. Not great if you’ve got a young child trying to sleep/napping.The spa! Paid for a decent massage which was incredible but you can’t use the pool or sauna etc, you have to book and pay 30 euros! So where it says indoor pool, don't be fooled that you can use it freely as a guest or someone who has booked treatments. Not specified on their page here. Then we wanted to pay for an upgrade to another room given the disappointment with our studio (faced the back of a restaurant and car park and wasn’t given option when booking to pick better view etc for studio like you can rooms) and could see there was availability on here but was quite rudely and abruptly told there was nothing (we could have literally booked it on here). Long black cleaner hair all over room when we first got there.

Excellent food, apartment with garden is beautiful and have own pool! Hotel has a beach 100 meters and is beautiful!

Exceptional breakfast spread. The front desk were extremely helpful.I really liked the location. The rooms were really nice as well. Loved the indoor swimming pool.

I chose this hotel mainly for the SPA and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service. I had 6 treatments in 6 days ;-)Large selection of food for breakfast and every night a different themed dinners offered a very good quality of food.

Very poor TV channels selection. It' is ok to be oriented to please the guests mainly hosted in the premses but a 4* hotel should have more TV channels in different languages ... at least the news channels. BBC news was the only English channel available. All other TV channels - includng films and documentary - were in Russian, German and Polish.

Nice staff, the food for Breakfast and Dinner is good. Lunch is meh.Good location, beach access, nice pool, kids activites are OK.

Lunch was not so good a couple of times. The kids activities can be better for smaller ages.
