    Pros +

    • Super nice hotel, very close to the best beaches in Aya Napa, with very rich breakfast. The room was fantastic, especially that we got upgraded!
    • Excellent beachfront location (Sandy Bay, near Nissi Beach), clean and good facilities (indoor/outdoor pool, gym, spa). Friendly staff and generally good breakfast
    • Room was lovely with great views over pool and sea and beach was at the hotels beachfront cafe. Less than a short walk to shops and abundant restaurant if you fancied a dining change - if you could pass up the great food on offer at the hotel!

    Cons -

    • Nothing to dislike
    • Bit quiet in places, but that's because it was November!
    • honestly there was nothing bad.

Location, room, breakfast and dinner (we didn’t have a lunch), value, beach accessibility.

Upon arrival with my spouse , I received an unacceptable proposal from the reception manager, Lucas (I do not recall his last name, as I was not provided with a business card despite requesting one). He suggested that we share a room—with one bathroom and one toilet—with another couple for one night, even though separate rooms had been booked. The reason given was that the hotel had no other available rooms at that time, despite the reservation having been made 10 months in advance.

Its beachfront which makes it convenient.

The towels and bed sheets were stained and kind of old. Restaurant chairs and even in the room were stained. Dirty curtains.

the room was great , the lobby , the pool and the area between the pool and the beach was great.

Perfect Location and sea view to the bay…. Newly automated rooms.Breakfast: good variety Sunbeds: comfortable Staff: super helpful…

A senior (by age) employee at the pool (lifeguard and who was giving towels at towels desk today ) : rude and doesn’t like to listen to what the guest is saying or explaining and insists on repeating himself with loud voice and a mockery smile that he is right.

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated four stars ، it truly deserves five! Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. My stay was all-inclusive, and from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile at reception around 2 PM. The reception staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. After lunch, we went to our room ، it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. It honestly felt like paradise. The room was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and a complete bathroom setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable , i knew right away I had chosen the right place. The lunch and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. If we missed a meal, the snack bar had a great menu as well. The beach is very close to the rooms, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were daily entertainment activities and evening shows that made the stay even more enjoyable. The gym was fantastic, modern, clean, and fully equipped.A special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort.Overall, if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and great service, this is without a doubt the best choice in Ayia Napa!

Overall, it was a very good stay. Our room suited us well, and the staff was welcoming and kind.We would really love to come back, but it does require some changes to the buffet.

Almost everything was perfect, except for the vegan options. There were very few vegan choices in the buffet, which was quite unfortunate considering we paid for all-inclusive.For breakfast, you could consider offering margarine so that vegans have a butter alternative in the morning. Vegan cheese and yogurt would also be great additions. You had something called “Satzie pie with honey” (I think that’s the name), which was labeled as vegan—but honey is not vegan. Maybe you could use something else, like syrup or just sugar, instead?None of the soups were vegan, as they all contained milk. You could consider using coconut milk or another plant-based milk so that everyone can enjoy the soups and also for the oat meal. (including those who are lactose intolerant). It would be great for you to include a meat substitute. With minced vegan “meat,” you could easily make dishes like lasagna, spaghetti, rice dishes, pizza, tortillas, and more. The only things we could eat were rice, salads, and potatoes. Eating that every day for seven days was a bit difficult. There was also a vegan burger on your menu, but it didn’t have any dressing, so it was dry.I hope you’ll consider these suggestions.

Excellent staff, the rooms are good-looking, they have a gym and a SPA. I recommend having lunch at the hotel restaurant as well, food is excellent.

The towels were not pure white anymore and had some stains on them. They smelled clean, but they did not look good. Room service did not clean the floor quite well, there were still sand grains and dust on the floor.

Good location, good food, clean, friendly staff. The ironing board was missing.

Their all-inclusive system was awfully bad. Made to geel like a second class citizen. Only half pints of beer while non- all inc could quaff pints. Unknown spirits replace known brands that others get.NEVER BE BACK!

Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner Room is comfortable

Didn't have chance to have massage, when we arrived everything was fully booked for next day
