Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel

I fell in love with this hotelI visited for the second time and was even more satisfied1.Very attentive and friendly staff2.Cleanliness at the highest level3.Delicious breakfast, for all tastes4.The hotel is in the best location, quiet environment at the same time on the beach.Thank you very much for a great vacation ❤️

Great location near the little marina, the shops, super market, beach, etc..

The location, is near to everything, still can be noises sometimes. Also is very close to Nelia Beach, but is a combined sand and rocks beach

The air conditioning in the room was terrible; there was no remote control to adjust it from the bed. Even though there was a control panel on the wall, it didn’t respond to any commands. At night, it blew unbearably hard, even on eco mode, and was extremely noisy. We slept very poorly because it was either too cold, too hot, or too noisy. Horrible.Then, there bathroom smells very bad, was not pleasant

Loved everything,super friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Tasty pool bar food, and a clean pool that was never crowded even on a weekend day, although it is a bit small. Great beach access, easy parking, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Ayia Napa but still very good for a good night’s sleep.

Literally nothing

The location only. Apart from the night receptionist, and the breakfast guy, no one is welcoming on the front desk and everyone is caught up in their own stuff. This is why I use hotels with rewards program like Bonvoy, IHG, Hilton Honors.

The property was excellent location, but that was that. I booked a sea view, but got a side seat view. Never again I will stay in this property ever again. My fellow associates stayed next door at Nelia, had a wonderful experience. I picked the Okeanos for boutique, but received less than boutique experience.

Location is perfect- on a beach and close to the city center. We had a room with a sea view and the view was stunning. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very polite, especially the people who worked in a restaurant.

All staff members, reception, cleaning, dinning room, managers, everyone, were always very friendly and helpful.Location is perfect right on the beach and close to everything.Easy beach access.Food was great, especially at breakfast and dinner.Great service for the all inclusive package.Very clean.Relatively small hotel - not too crowded.Rooms that face the beach have a great view, especially on the top floor.

Some rooms have maintenance issues. Our room has a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom which they tried to fix but could not and we had to move to another room. In the room we moved to the sofa bed was a bit crooked. The shower temperature is inconsistent and can suddenly change to colder or hotter for a few seconds by itself. The staff are trying very hard to hhelp fix everything but some things they cannot fix in time.

Excellent location close to restaurants with really nice seaviews. Friendly staff. Good selection of food on the breakfast. It was quiet period so there was always sunbeds available on the pool.

Although it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels in the morning without going there for long time, some people were doing this and staff didn't care about it. No soundproofing between the room and corridor. There could be also better lights in the room as the interior is also dark.

Staff,food, and view from the pool were exceptional. We travelled with baby and got big help from everyone. Amazing experience and will come back for sure!!!The only suggestion i have is to replace the mattress, which could be better...

- Location very central, town within walking distance / view of the sea- Spacious room- Food, especially dinner- Staff was very helpful and polite

- Shower was nice but there was no ventilation- Noise coming from the corridor (people talking loud during quiet hours)

Staff was nice

Very uncomfortable bed and pillow.Guests hitting the room door in very noisy manner.Curtains do not block the light very well which made it even more difficult to sleep.Noise made by tapping access cards to enter the room.All of the above meant I couldn't sleep for 3 days in a row and ended going to the pharmacy to buy sleeping pills.

Excellent location, personnel very polite and friendly, everything on superlative. The city centre at a couple of minutes walking, with plenty of restaurants and shops.Brakfast was also excellent with tasty and diverse food. Free parking available at the location if you rent a car.It is a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus

The hotel is clean and smelled nice

The hotel premises are tiny, the swimming pool is small, the rooms are small and the balconies are tiny. No children’s facilities at all, horrible choice and quality of food at breakfast. The location is close to the beach but it is very loud at night with the live music next door.

Very nice location in harbor area. Good parking. Food and drinks were okey. Enough space for all around the pool. Only short walk to sea. Very sweet staff at restorant.

All inclusive has no machine coffee and bottle water. Beach chairs are only 10 and half are in shadow from noon and all from 15.00. So if you wish to be at beach you need to use public beach and pay 7.50 per day. No beach bar.

The best location in Aya Napa. 50 meters from the sea beach, 500 meters from the restaurants and pubs.

Okeanos is one of the best hotels in Ayia Napa because of its position, sea view and confortable rooms.

We stayied here second time bot honestly the quality of some servicies were better first time such as breakfast ( quality of products were lower). Also, the beach was full off rocks diferent than last year but this is not Okeanos fault (anyway is worth mention). All in all this hotel is top 3 in Ayia Napa!
