The staff is very good and helpful

The hotel is located near the Luna Park and several nightclubs, which made it difficult for my family and me to sleep due to the noise. After midnight until around 5 a.m., many young people who had been drinking were laughing loudly and disturbing the peace, which significantly affected our rest.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - crowded streets, bars, luna park. The room was always clean, the staff was friendly and nice. I really liked the pool and pool bar. Our dinners were tasty.

There is no room service, but you can order everything by local delivery apps.

Avoid This Hotel – Terrible ExperienceDon’t let the photos fool you. The service was awful. When the front desk staff saw I was from Israel, he said, “I don’t like Israel,” which was incredibly offensive and unacceptable.The room was dirty and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was gross and in serious need of renovation. While the air conditioning worked well (the only positive), you could hear every noise from outside – people walking, talking, and cars driving by – because the rooms are outdoors and poorly insulated.Overall, this place is not worth the money. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff.The room was beautiful, the beds and sheet were comfortable, and the balcony is enjoyable.Breakfast was various and delicious.

The shower in the bathroom didn’t contain any door, the floor was all even that water filled the whole bathroom foot which is risky for slipping when you come out of the bath.

We booked 4 rooms for four Mothers and 4 teenagers.Great staff, top service, lovely hotel with central location. Highly recommended.

A little noisie at night, not too much.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with our questions and kept the facilities clean.

The breakfast buffet could be better. A lot of the food seemed that it was frozen and canned. Could have more fresh meat and fruit. The chicken nuggets were awful.

Stuff on beach bar not polite, not many speaks English. All inclusive i need to buy water to have it in the room, Only offer water in glass. Limited local alcohol drinks.

Everything is clean

The quality of furniture, towels etc is not for 4* hotel. There’s no shampoo / conditioner in the shower.

Nice small hotel, ideal location in the centre. Basic rooms but had everything you needed, clean and bright. Staff on reception were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Not a huge variety of food choices for lunch, the food itself was nice but not a great amount of choice

Excellent behavior of the hotel staff and very helpful with our needs.Excellent food all day long with great options to satisfy everyone needs.Very clean rooms and everything was properly clean .Mr. George an exceptional person helps everyone in need !!

Some small details about the rooms toiletry .Soap dispenser didnt work properly actually must have sampoo and bodywash seperately not all in one

Most of the staff were amazing to deal with. I was ill while away and one of the staff cam to my room, let herself in and covered me with the extra blamkets I had asked for. The head waiter gave me bottled water at this time too even though it was included in the AI.

The fact that there was not unlimited water available. We has 3 small bottles of water at he start of our stay for 4 of us and after that there was nothing available. At certain times no water was available due to hours of facilities. I'm really nt sure how you could cope in the summer. Perhaps having dispensers available aroudnthe property would help

Every staff were polite and friendly.I stayed with all inclusive plan and that was amazing.Food was a lot of variation with international and traditional.See you soon:)

The toilet of the room didn’t work

The staff is polite the hotel was very clean and the room was clean and spacious the welcome gift in the room

They serve the drinks in plastic or paper cups nothing in the hotel to spend your time with except the pool the bar in the living room is always close i pay for all inclusive but i couldn't even drink a simple Nescafé you can have only espresso for 4 star hotel i expected to have more variety in the buffet and more options to all inclusive drings but the food was good
