The location was great

Breakfast was the same everyday. The facilities are old and need upgrading.

The thing that I liked the most was - the position of the hotel, very close to Nissi Beach,- the pool & the bar near,- the lobby, the bar from the lobby & restaurant who might been recently renovated apart the hotel rooms.- the breakfast - the friendly overall staff.

- the lady from the reception Tatiana was her name, when we arrive and made the check in, there was a problem with the access card and when I told her about it she asked me if I have used before an access card, it was very rude.After that a gentleman came to help us with the access to the room and told us that the batteries from the lock can give sometime errors.- in the 6 days that we stayed in, they never changed the bathroom towels nor the sheets.- the extra bed for my son was in bad condition and had no protection for the mattress,- the wc was moving and some times was leaking,- the cleaning was superficial- the carpet from the 3rd floor smelled very bed and was torn.

Staff was extremely kind and polite. The hotel is quite good. Everything was clean. The location is nice if you want to go to Nissi Beach, and public transport is close. Brekfast was very tasty. We had a pleasant experience

The hotel has a tennis court but doesnt have normal balls and rackets. Also, table tennis balls and rackets are broken.

Initially, I was given a joining room, which meant I could hear everything from next door.After requesting another room, I was accommodated appropriately.

it was close to one of the best beaches in Aya Napa. Pool was very nice, good view from room balcony. friendly and helpful staff. it was better than in photos.

breakfast was the same every morning. it wasn't a big deal but still would be a nice different choice of meals.

I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as I did not receive the room category I booked and paid for.I had reserved a Deluxe Double/Twin Room with upgraded amenities, as shown in the photos on Booking.com – featuring a high-end bathroom and no carpeted floors.Instead, I was given a standard double room with a partial sea view, lacking the comfort and features of the Deluxe category.I made several attempts to address the issue, the hotel maintained that I had been given the correct room category. However, the room’s amenities did not match the advertised standards, and no appropriate compensation was provided.This experience did not meet my expectations and was quite disappointing.

Comfy bed, quiet neighbourhod, nice receptionists, good atmoshere, close to nice beach of Makronissos and crowded Nissi beach. Bus stop very close - in cyprus its easy to use buses.

Breakfast....... scrambled eggs doesnt look appealing, even the sunny side up, they need new breakfast cook, and also better design for breakfast, honestly we tried the first day breakfast, we went never again - even its in the price of the room.If you want to sleep after 8am forget about it, chair legs have no protectors - so when in the room below or above you, the cleaner lady or other guests pulls the chair - its hell noisy as the floor is without carpet, its from ceramic tiles i think.

Beautiful hotel, clean premises,we found all staff very friendly and polites, key location only 5 mins away from the beach and a short bus ride to the city centre.Loved the swim up bar!

Cannot fail Christofinia everything on point!

The drinks were good, and the food, the massage at the spa was also amazing.

Everything was good, we were not looking for a luxury hotel as we were on the go all the time!

The main areas are extremely modern, really gorgeous! Value for money felt absolutely spot on. Pool was really fun and staff were friendly! The pool bar food options were really good, a lot of options and a really good standard!

Rooms are small, bathrooms are small and a little out dated, especially compared to the main public areas. The breakfast is very samey and doesn’t have a lot of pastries, fruits etc for if you don’t want a full English every day.

- really every drink is served in plastic cups beginning for breakfast, cocktails in the evening in the hotel lobby bar which is a shame- if you book all inclusive be aware because it is not even close to all inclusive. There are only limited drinks you get at the pool bar, you can only have wine, beer or lemonades for dinner ( aperol costs extra). The water you get is really bad, we got stomachache and diarrea. So we bought water bottles in the hotel shop, which is a shame when you book all inclusive. The breakfast options are really limited and the desert too - you only get fruits and one cake (the same) every day. At the pool bar you get chocolate, banana or strawberry ice cream, which really doesn't taste good and everything else has to be paid for. Snacks at the pool bar are only available at a small period of time. Guests who don't book all inclusive can eat any time. - You can only eat in a big dining room inside, which is really a pity when you want to enjoy the sunny and warm weather and there would have been options to eat outside- The service of the female employees was really bad, except Veronica from the hotel shop. She was friendly at all. The lady at the reception is very unfriendly. She didn't explain anything at the arrivel. The female employees didn't smile or greet. They seemed really pissed of. The male staff was very friendly.- You have to pick the pillows for the chairs at the outdoor bar area by yourself! You have to remind the staff to put on the lights for the outdoor bar area. Music was on a few times only.- it is really not even close to a 4* hotel and I would never come back again. I was hoping the negative opinions weren't true. But unfortunately they are.

The pool was nice and the location to the beach is not far to walk. It is in a more quiet area if that is what you are looking for.

The lady at reception was very unfriendly, I have never experienced this in Cyprus before so it was very disappointing, she was just not interested in anything, never welcomed us, never explained anything to us about the hotel at all. We had to ask the waitress in the restaurant everything. The food was inedible, it had so much salt on it that we could not eat it. The hotel also had a very damp smell and they also allow people not staying at the hotel to use up all the sun loungers by the pool that guests actually paying and staying at the hotel can not find any sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool. They should then have certain areas for none guests so that actual paying guests can enjoy what they paid for
