Limanaki Beach Hotel

Very helpful staff. When they could not fix the heating in our room, they offered us another room, which I took. It was nice and warm.

No privacy in the shower...it had glass walls

After arguing with the stuff we finally got a very nice room with sea view . Before we got a nice room but to see the sea we had to be very imaginative. When they commit to sea view it has to be sea view

The electricity in the bathroom and head laps near the bed did t work . The safe was locked . We didn’t tell them. I assume they know electrify in tons room is not working . The stuff was not happy to see us . So we decided we don’t need to tell them anything .

We enjoyed our stay at Limanaki Beach Hotel. The location is excellent – just steps away from the beach, restaurants, the souk, and the cruise departure point, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great spot.

While the room could have been cleaner, it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

great Location , Beach is not the best in Ayianapa consider to visit other beaches, room was a good size

The location was great, and the beach is one of the best in Ayia Napa. It’s also not far from the cruise port, which is convenient if you’re planning to take any tours.

Like to see more milk with tea/coffee, milk was off needs to be left in fridge , also the complimentary wine is always red " not good as we drink white .

I'm from Georgia and after 0 level of service, Limanaki Hotel was fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, tasty food, everything was perfect.

The staff in the bar were rude and took ages to get a drink, so bad we just moved on.

The staff was extremely disrespectful towards me and my partner, they talked down to us a lot and lost my ID card even.

It is very close to the beach, the location is very good, and the breakfast food is fine.

Coffee is very bad, the room was not cleaned properly, the air conditioning ventilation was full of dust or mold. The glasses and cups were not cleaned properly.The bed was not comfortable at all, I asked for a full bed and it was actually 2 twins united that at night would fall apart and it was very uncomfortable. We booked 2 rooms, for one we did check out last minute at 12.05 and they blocked the room, we could not enter to take luggage and their answers were it is past 5 minutes after check out, with very strange attitude from reception ,not customer oriented.

Be prepared to fight for a sun bed. Towels down at 7am and not a guest in sight around the pool, sometimes until lunchtime. Pool towels and room towels are small. Room cleaning is hit and miss.

Beautiful hotel - the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great mattress. The breakfast was amazing - great selection, quality and freshness. The hotel is right by the beach and the port - there's several restaurants/cafes just a 1-5 min walk away, supermarket just across the street and it's just a 5 min walk from the town center. The little harbour and promenade along the coast and great for walks. It was too cold in March to use the pool, but it looked inviting and very clean. Free parking was available too - it might however be taken up quite quickly if the hotel is full. There's more (paid, 3 eur per day) available right across the street.

The personnel seemed a little disengaged. We got everything we needed and but we were missing a bit of friendliness. Especially the staff at the restaurant (during breakfast - we also went for lunch once) looked very demotivated and there was no engagement with guests at all. Not a massive issue for our stay, but something that makes quite a difference and should be improved. A smile goes a long way.

Very good location, good breakfast and verry good and rich dinner (we had half-board).. w"ill come back..

Unfortunatelly , some guests were noisy and dirty... but it"s not the hotel"s Fault..
