Great pool, comfortable bedsBreakfast was good.the pool bar was very good, the workers were very nice.Delivering 2 water bottles every morning(great thought)

The house keeping was average..Tv in the room was worthless, cant plug a pc/streamer if i want to see something i like.The fridge in the room not really a fridge (just a fan )

The staff is very friendly. The food was very tasty and there was a wide variety of choices. The location was also perfect.

Good food - not Michelin:), but for all inclusive you had a lot of choices.We liked very much the sunbeds with ocean views on the fine green grass, and palmiers next to us. The pool is also nice, the beach is a little bit more wild - you need wear swim shoes. It was a very very clean water, so we liked it as wasn't crowded at all. So not ideal if you are travelling with toddlers, but our son is 10, and he enjoyed it, even if it wasn't with sand. Ayia napa harbor is also very close, 15 minutes walk on the beach.

Just a recommendation: i would have appreciated reusable cups at pool bar....so many waste.lets keep it green ?.

I really liked the rooms design, the pools for each room is a wonderful idea. The location is excellent. The staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed with my kids for 2 nights, the food on first night was amazing. Breakfast variety was very good as well. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The pool was greyish on its floor which indicated potentially that had ro be cleaned more often, but i am not sure if it was the floor design, as all pools had the same. It could have been better in regards to room cleanliness, as i did found hair on the bed sheets and bathroom floor upon our arrival in th room, i really pay attention to these things.

Nothing much considering the rate they were charging…. They should put more efforts and focus much on the cleanliness, the amenities and the service.

To start with and once you access the property, you smell a bad odor due to the usage of a dirty mop always coupled with a bucket of dirty water. The corridor splitting the restaurant into two sections smells.Service at breakfast doesn’t exist to the point they do not bother to place tea spoons next to the coffee machine. The lady at the breakfast room has nothing to do with hospitality. Her attitude is unacceptable.Rooms’ cleanliness needs to be looked at. They do not change the dirty towels, never place amenities, TV dysfunctional and when you ask for a slipper the direct answer we don’t have. Dust is never cleared…..The rooms of the boys attending the football league was rarely cleaned in a proper manner…. But the cherry on the cake was when the manager was bothered by the kids noise…. If you cannot hear it, don’t take the business.I asked for the gym to get the usual answer of it is closed until Monday until I discovered myself that you can access it without if asking anyone since it is open and people are exercising every morning.The only pleasant and sincere people were the staff at the pool bar.

Cleanliness and lack attention to details. Weather was cold at night but AC on the heat were not functional. Minor insects in bathroom. Room service took the card that i left to keep power on and charge power bank.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was excellent

The spa was horrible. The entire floor seems like a basement that ran out of budget for renovation. The guy at the spa was weird and not a good therapist to say the least. One of the receptionists told me “not to panic” when I expressed that I need to get the room as soon as possible because it have a baby with me- that was rude.

The pool staff was very patient and helpful, and definitely add to the value of the service. I like the fact that they arrange to have a karaoke night, which was fun. The general cleanness around the pool areas and the breakfast area was very good. Our room was very good and spacious.

A thing I want to point out is that the breakfast could have an upgrade. The food was ok, nothing special, but I would expect the refill of the stations to be made in a way that is not so disrupting to the flow, with people passing through, food on disks being carried around.

the rooms should be cleaned better, some of the housekeeping staff weren't that nice when confronted about their insufficient work, but fixed by the reception staff

The location and b fast exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and nice ambience.

When you are using the outdoors pool area you have to go to level -1 to use toilet facilties.

If i have to find something to note it is the fact that there was no service at the pool. But it is nothing serious. The hotel is lovely

Nice hotel, clean bed linen and towels, friendly staff, excellent breakfast! The room has a kettle, coffee and tea, water, hairdryer and safe. From the room there is direct access to a private pool for several rooms and to a shared pool

Disappointing

Very noisy room, in front of the bar with activity until after midnight and next to the service area that was starting to carry the trolleys at 5 AM and lifts with people going up and down all day long.Couldn't sleep at all... Asked to change the room, but nothing..Local kids from the area were accessing the hotel facilities without any restrictions. Not much security around.

Food was nice, hotel was relaxing overall.

Maid doesn’t really clean your room, she just mops the floor in the bedroom. Doesn’t leave clean cups or towels and doesn’t clean the terrace which is a shame when you’ve paid for a swim up room so would like to spend more time there. Also not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. 3 out of 6 days we had to sit on the chairs as there weren’t any beds available.

The swim up room with the pool is everything we needed for relaxing. Very good breakfast.

Room design, cleaning and facilities could be a little bit better considering the money we paid. When checking in the man at the reception was not very friendly but the ladies that were there at checking out were very nice and polite. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Especially a Cypriot boy who helped us the first day to go to our room was very polite and helpful.

The room was great because of the swim up pool and we loved the fact that the kids slept in different area. Very comfortable for a family of 4! We loved our stay

The food wasn’t so great for breakfast and lunch. The main pool was too small for the amount of people staying there.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, cozy rooms, very tasty food, lover the kids playroom and activities.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, i had to put a towel to cover the shower drain. Also, there was an aqua park next to our room and they were making noise at 6 am

Hotel was as we expected- wonderful. The breakfast was rich, ambient inside of the hotel is great. Pool area wonderfull, Bar making wonderfull coctails…Room was comfortable, and it was generally clean. Overall- GREAT HOTEL

About the cleanless of the rooms- everyday cleaning should be a little bit better (floors are not cleaned properly every day, towels were cleaned, but sometimes intriged) But when we asked for towels to be changed, they have done it with smile (expect one reception girl which hates to work at all) Electrical sockets in bathroom are missing - hairdrying should be done in room, which is not practical. But at the end, general experience was pretty great.

The floors in the room was not very clean. We didn't get our room cleaned under all our stay - 3 nights (one day they came around 2 o clock when the baby was sleeping and the other one we asked them to come back after 10 minutes so we can leave the room, they promised to come after 1 hour but never showed up). Bad quality of the coctails and cold coffee at the pool bar. We asked for 1 hour extra to check out (12:00 instead of 11:00) and even that the next quests arrive at 15:00 o clock, we weren't allowed to.
