Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort

High quality facilities, very comfortable with best possible location in while Ayia Napa, Definitely worth the price and stay, I would like to mention very helpful and friendly staff, Thank You Sancta Napa❤️

Staff, location, breakfast were excellent.

Not replenishing the teas, coffees, milk, shower gel in the rooms, one room did not have toilet roll when we arrived. Also non smoking balcony was an issue.

The generous breakfast and dinner, the room facilities, the location - all was amazing!

The price is moderate. The check-in routine for locals, travelling for the weekend stay in Ayia Napa, was too rigorous.

The staff was very friendly from check-in, breakfast was delicious, good quality with a variety of choices, everything was clean. It was a quiet weekend for us, exactly what we wanted for some rest

I stayed at this hotel with my grandparents and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—close to the sea and the city center, making it very convenient. The pool was great, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic; we truly enjoyed the food. The receptionist was very helpful and professional, adding to the positive experience. While the hotel has been renovated, I believe it needs further updates, especially in the dining room and hallways, to reach its full potential as a modern hotel with extensive facilities.

Nothing very old property not maintaned

Room service very bad. We ordered ice to the room they bring few ice cubes in a cup on a dirty tray that stayed in the room for three days. Room service even didnt notice it to take it. No cooffee machine. No mini bar. No water in room except one bottle on arrival. Lobby ac is bearly working. Lobby dirty with cups all over the tables

Location is in the center

Was delayed at the checkin for a while and the room wasn’t too clean. Hair on the ground and dirt steps in the wc

very secluded and private

very dim no lighting in the shower room very dangerous, the staff were not very attentive

Location.Welcome drinks.Breakfast.

No a/c in corridors on the 5th floor. No maple syrup for waffles. No a/c in breakfast area, only ceiling fans.

Staff friendly. Lovely breakfast and friendly chef.No fighting for the sunbeds.Very central

Some lifts only went to level 4Had to hire towels

Location

Awful hotel. Old and tired. Antique bathrooms and 100 year old (mini sized) TVs. Rooms smell bad. Cost a fortune and photos of rooms are misleading. Terrible standard for an Atlantica hotel. Shocking how bad the hotel really is.

Clean room

No parking, check-in and check out are way too apart.

The hotel is basically good the staff very helpful, close to everything and its clean ?

The noise of the air condition you cannot sleep

We have enjoyed Cyprus hospitality at its best. The people at this place are so hospitable and friendly. The food divine and the cleanliness beyond words. The beds were very comfortable; I feel I haven’t slept in a Hotel before so pleasantly.Thank you all and rest assured we shall visit again.

I had an amazing time in this wonderful property. The staff were really helpful and friendly ,everything exceeded my expectations and especially the breakfast buffet, they had a Cyprus traditional corner, really loved that! See you soon Atlantica Sancta Napa
