Nice staff , good location , pool is nice however a bit cold and breakfast had good selection . Wi-Fi good , not a lot of TV channels (if you¿re looking for that) area nice and quiet .

Had a lot of ants the first day however managed to get red of them ..

It is marketed as a 4 star resort, which isn't. There is visible wear on room furniture. The bed wasn't double as booked (booked it as a queen size).

I cannot fault the staff at all they were very welcoming and friendly.

The room was tiny, stuffy, no ventilation especially on the bathroom. Room always had crickets and spiders in it.

We liked the location as well as the pool.

Unfortunately, the experience was poor. Although the staff was nice, the service was poor. For an all-inclusive Hotel, it was a disappointing experience. We traveled with 3 families together with the kids. We specifically asked to be next to each other. The location was far from each other claiming no vacancy but other families arriving the next day got the closer unit next to our friends. You saw no true intentions to help. No towels and when asking, they promise but nothing was done. No soap or shampoo except for the first day. No cleaning of the room every day. The bathroom smells all the time. Between our room and the adjoining room was a door. Noise all the time. Instead of placing families with small kids in a quiet place, they put partying young that were shouting all night. Kids asked for a basketball. Nothing. Only one tennis ball. Snack bar with a shortage of food almost every day and staff who give you an attitude and faces when asking for something. For us and the other 2 families, it was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

The hotel was not clean at all.The room was very dirty when we took it.And the next day they did not come to clean it. Only did the beds.When we walked on the floor our foot was black from the dirtiness.

Everything was top notch! My only concern was the hard beds but like I said every thing else was 5 out of 5! All inclusive is great and food excellent

A bit packed during pick season , pool tends to get full .

The view from the terracce to the pool was marvelous. Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and staff who is there to help you ( we had a urgent matter and they immediately respond). The breakfast was excellent, fresh food every day, with a lot of choices (traditional, Mediterranean etc). The wifi was great, also. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk by the seaside promenade which is only 1 min away. We really enjoyed it!

There is good beach near the hotel (very rocky).

The room is nice and very clean. The area is very nice. There are many shops around. It is close to the square and bus stop. the pool is really large and nice. The breakfast is perfect and very generous.

This is the second time I come to this hotel, and I face the same problem with the shower drainage. Staff were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly.

The location

Because we really felt rushed at the breakfast time while the reception stated that breakfast is finishing at 10.30, already from 10.10 staff was picking their breakfast. Not to mention the rudeness of the head waiter with racist comments.

Overall the hotel is good value for money. It is a condo of two-story buildings and has tranquility not common for Napa hotels. The room looked renovated and modern designed. The reception staff (english-speaking) was very nice to us. The breakfast is plentiful as usual for all Atlantica hotels.

The park nearby closes at 2 am - if your room is near the park, don't expect to sleep before. The hotel doesn't provide the slippers. The shower drain was clogged and water was all over the bathroom. The A/C didn't work - we had to open the window.

Location is good, some activities for children, but not very good personnel for entertainment. Overall very pleasant personnel, helped upon request.

The hotel doesn't corresponds to 4 star, beds and rooms are very small, food variation is not very good. Water and other drinks are for extra cost at dinner. I expected more activities for children.

Room was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory.

They didn’t change the towels every day. Stuff is not organized and confused. Cleaning ladies are sitting around and chatting. Bathroom is equipped with bare minimum. There is no soap in the bathroom. Pool area is over packed with beds, there was no air at the pool area. There is a lots of noise from nearby luna park.

You definitely don’t get the 4 star experience you expect. Common areas were not cleaned as often as they should be. The facilities are outdated, and the lack of maintenance was evident throughout the property. Room is very basic.
