We were moved 3 times ro different rooms. And none of the facilities were open, neither bars, no room service. We were not allowed to bring our kosher food into the hotel. And the staff was really rude.

The location, silence, pools. Very kindly staff. Basic breakfast, but enough for us.

The bed was hard, but big.

• Breakfast was hilarious . Scrambled egg was overcooked , sausages tastes like plastic , cheap coffee .• In 4 star hotel Ramada we were bitten by small ants in our room ( the pictures you can see down below ) . It happed at 23:00 pm , we packed our staff and wanted to speak to the manager. The only one person who helped us and changed our appartement was a jung guy at the reception who found out that manager is asleep, of course. In the morning we talked to an employee who introduced himself as a manager. That “manager” had no idea what our problem even was (cuz apparently nobody told him). The man absolutely didn’t care and his only solution to this problem was just one phrase: “Do you like the new room? Well, then stay there, you’re moving out tomorrow anyway.” Well done , guys ?• The pools were dirty

They had really nice receptionists, who really trief to do their best.

The shower overrun everyday while taking a shower. Our beds were dirty, there was hair all over it and disgusting stains. We asked for someone to come to change our sheets, but there was no cleaning staff there. So we had to wait till the next day, when they come to clean the rooms. When we came back to the room, the sheets still weren't changed. We went again to the reception to ask for someone to change out sheets again, but there was again no staff. So we asked if we can get tidy sheets, so we can change them by ourselves.

The location was fantastic, as was the size of the room. It was also generally quite comfortable. We were also upgraded to a family room, free of charge.

It could have been much cleaner. There were also no amenities in the bathroom and the hand wash was empty.

I liked the location of hotel, very close to all main attractions. Also the room was very nice, with a private access to pool

I do not recommend this hotel. We arrive at the hotel...no sign for parcking that was at the back. In the lobby very hot since cyprus is like an oven no air condition I just keept sweating during ceck in. Going to the room I found poo ? on the toilet seat and shower as well they were all clogged... all water was going out I'm the bathroom. Dirty curtains and broken as well. Broken air condition remote control I had to ask for a new one. In housekeeping almost nobody can talk to you in English or greek so the we had to face an language barrier. The rooms were not cleaned how they supposed to. In order to remove and sanitize the poo that I have found I went to tip the lady so she come to clean. The breakfast dose not make it up for a 4 star hotel dried scramble eggs and very poor selection of food. You are not allowed to take coffee and small croissant to enjoy your coffee with on the veranda because they will make a very big fuss about it plus even there they don't speak a good English so you can communicate with them. As well they said the rules are for everyone but only we were not allowed to do anything but people around yes. I had to go to ask for sugar and coffee in the room because nobody bring us in the day we arrived. We had coffee mug and a boiler but no coffee sugar or tea.

Despite mentioned in hotel review:No indoor pool, no fitness center, no tennis courts, bo playground for kids, no entertainment.Room cleaning and towels refreshment made once in two days.Breakfast is very modest and tasteless.

I booked a hotel with the 4 start facilities. Accomodation was in an apartment with no facilities.

I booked for a hotel. Instead we were put in an apartment. Information was misleading on booking.com. Breakfast was poor with bad quality items with not enough food to feed all people. No hot breakfast on the last day due to no gas. No cleaning on all days even thought promised. Pool not cleaned - very dirty and unhealthy. Water park advertised but when arrived even restriction 3-8 years used by everyone. Most items in the pool including tiles were broken. Unsafe to use should be closed by authorities.

I needed to refresh my keys to the room maybe 8 times during the week. It always stopped working . I couldn’t understand if it works next time or not.

Poor service ever in my entire life.Room phone not working ,tv not working ,requested baby cot but not reply for 48hours untill I get back to them Room was cleaned after 2-3 days that to after repeated requested Phone and tv was fixed after requesting more then 5-6 times Service was worst ever.Very very disappointing.

Cleanliness at its worst, hygiene is terrible, housekeepers cleaning without gloves , apron. My sheets on my bed had blood spots when i entered at first time my room. No words left to say just stay away from this hotel.

The Room was spacious and clean and also the bathroom was spacious. The AC unit was perfectly functioning. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Friendly staff and very helpful. The setup of the apartments is great and the location of the hotel is perfect.

Housemaids need a bit more training. For example they should leave 2 sets of fresh towels instead of one, in a room with 2 persons where all towels were dirty. Also, they should check for soap. We stayed 2 nights with a bit of shampoo and lots of body lotion. We told the cleaning ladies about it but they did not provide any soap.For breakfast, which is available from 7 to 10am, if you arrive at 9:30 most of the items are gone. This review is not a complain, but we feel it will definitely add to the whole experience of the guests.

Literally nothing all the staff was horrible to us and the manager even walked away when we tried to speak to him. The rooms had bed bugs and AC and TV didn’t work either. They were atrociously rude to us and we have never felt more unwelcome than we have at this place. I travel the world and have never faced such terrible hospitality in my life.

My recent stay at the Ramada Hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was met with disappointment and frustration. Here’s a breakdown of the horror show:1. **Broken TV**: The TV in my room was completely non-functional. When I reported it to the staff, they couldn't care less and made no effort to fix it.2. **No Dust Bin**: Shockingly, there was no dust bin in the room. I had to leave my trash on the floor, which only added to the already disgusting environment.3. **No Water Provided**: Incredibly, the hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary water. When I asked the staff about it, they were rude and dismissive, basically telling me to buy my own.4. **Bed Bugs**: This was the absolute worst part. I found bed bugs crawling all over the bed. I couldn't sleep and ended up with bites all over my body. This is beyond unacceptable and poses serious health risks.5. **Rude Staff**: The staff at the Ramada were some of the rudest I have ever encountered. They were unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. When I brought up the issues, they brushed me off and made no attempt to resolve them.6. **Filthy Conditions**: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and there was a general stench of neglect throughout the place.Staying at the Ramada Hotel was a dreadful experience from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about their guests or maintaining basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.
