The room as in itself was satisfactory! But the service was painful!

Due to the number of guests, I had booked 2 rooms. At the time of check-in which was remotely managed, the system didn't give me key for the second room stating non-payment issue for 2nd room. I called the property person and he attended us remotely & said that he will get back after checking system & till our check out he ghosted & didn't revert back (awful hospitality) . With all the guests, we had to manage just in 1 room because we had flight from Brussels airport next day morning at 6am. I even sent the message on booking.com app to property at the same moment sharing the payment confirmation. The most funniest & painful part, the person replied me next morning with 'sorry, everything was paid by you dear guest' but when I asked that you must return me the amount because your system glitch was painful for our stay, he said that the room had to be cleaned & due to non-refundable policy, the money cannot be returned. Really, was it my fault or didn't I show up? It was your fault and you are making use of policy to hide your fault here! Imagine, if you would be with infants & you are also treated like this! Take care before booking such properties who leave you unattended at last moments!

Quietness, proximity to the bus stop, to restaurants and supermarket

They didn't change blanket neither to clean the appartement, i mean there wasn't room service. All they did was to empty the bin

Very comfortable and clean little apartment, close to the airport but not in a boring or sterile environment. It's an easy 10 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants including grocery facilities. Also it's not in the flight path, so the noise level is not bad at all.

The design choice of having the bathroom light turn out automatically is a little disruptive in the middle of the night as the door between the bathroom and bedroom has frosted glass and illuminates the entire room.

The hygiene situation there is serious.Extremely greasy pillows, sticky surfaces, an old sofa stained with urine, dirty kitchen dishes — and to crown it all: insects, including small cockroaches.The receptionist service is impeccable, worthy of a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately the level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

I did not like anything in this hotel.

The rooms were having quite few big spiders which I killed by myself considering kids safety. Sink was choked and I removed the cap so that water can go out of it which was disgusting. I called staff to check room lights which were not working, person said he will come in 10 min but no one came. Sofa bed was very bad and after we make it bed and tried to sleep it was making so much noise every time of we change side, This was very disturbing for others in the room. Overall this hotel was just waste of money and no worth staying in it. Do not stay in this hotel

The self check-in and check out.The room was very clean and fonctional

No flexibility for early check in. Was outside from 9 am to 2 pm.

Specious, friendly staff, has fridge, flat iron, air conditioning, fan, TV (2-3 channels working), electric kettle, microwave, complete utensils.

Check-in is at 3 pm but the staff is still not finished cleaning so there's a bit of a wait but it's not much.What caught my attention in the listing is the soundproof description but really not soundproof. My room is next to the road so you can hear cars passing by, when people are talking along the hallway, footsteps, and the door closing from above. There is a sound coming from the exhaust in the bathroom but this is fine for me.

The customer support was helpful

1. The AC was not working, and we weren't notified ahead of time2. The room wasn't clean at all3. The sheets were extremely dirty with fresh stains on them4. The sofa bed was very squeaky (literally with every breath)

The room was clean and quiet, only, the aisles or corridors were not clean, I am talking about the inside of the building, I would say it was passable, it would be better to review the interior on the cleanliness side. The Building outside is clean and presentable.The shower also makes a lot of water flow as much as desired, so the water accumulates and can easily flow out towards the toilet side. So, I suggest installing a a small shower to not waste water and avoid overflow because a lot of water coming out when taking a shower, I don’t know if that was the case with other rooms.But in general, it was good.Thank you.

The interior of the building wasn't clean.

The space was nice and clean and close to the airport. The staff was nice.

They didn’t tell you, even upon check-in that they did not have AC. When asked they said they had a fan in the closet for use. It was difficult to have the fan on as well as the light switches also controlled the outlets and to turn off the lights for the night meant turning off the fan. It would be good for people to know about the lack of AC/heat in advance.

It was clean and good.

The third floor does not have an elevator. It was until the second floor and then the stairs.

Price was good and there was quite a bit of space

There was no way to store bags before check-in and there was no reply to my email 3 days before that it wasn't possible. They only responded with no a few hours before we arrived. There is no way that we could find after 30 minutes of searching to turn off the bathroom light and the door is glass, so it's bright in the room all night. There is a lot of traffic noise, which is lessened a bit if you close the windows, but then it's hot with no a/c or ventilation. There's no shuttle, and bus service at 5.30 am to the airport takes a long time and very infrequent and Uber kept cancelling, so we almost missed our flight. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Spaceous apartment for one person, comfortable bed and couch and located in a very nice neighbourhood. Check-in and check-out were also really easy

The AC did not really work, which was fine for my one-night stay due to large windows but during longer stays/warmer nights this might be uncomfortable

No aircon , not clean they left over foods in the fridge, very dark

The apartment needs a refreshment

Toilet fan is annoyingly noisy. The bathroom was constantly flooding, both the sink and the shower. In the sink there was a disgusting combination of soap, hair and who knows what else. The water was barely going through and the odor coming out was bad.

The location was near airport, thats the only good thing about it. Area was good with parking facility.

1. The sofa bed was totally uncomfortable, got back pain sleeping on it, it was bent at the center2. The Air Conditioning wasn't working, complained too, they told they will fix but didn't 3. No reception working, only part time working.4. Room was small, not like what's shown on the pics.
