Movenpick Brussels Airport

Close to the airport and super clean hotel. Nothing then good. You won't find that many tidy hotels in the vicinity of the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet as well.

The location doesn't offer anything in the vicinity (industrial area). Especially when the restaurant is closed (not mentioned upfront) it is hard to find proper food apart from delivery services. The gym looked very nice and was also closed without information upfront.

Amazing and super helpful staff

The shuttle bus is confusing. No indication of what hotela it servicing. Many guests didn’t board it.

AirPort shuttle timetable was wrong, we waited half an hour in the bitter cold!

Really good value for money. Big well designed comfortable rooms a nice restaurant at reasonable prices. Super friendly and professional staff. An excellent overall experience!

I booked this hotel because our plane was cancelled due to snow and it had airport shuttle. I called the hotel and confirmed the shuttle times. Waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to come at night and cold but it didnt arrive. Paid 35 euro for taxi. And then in the morning the hotel manager says yeah i recieved a message that the shuttle was stuck last night , we should improve our communication. The hotel should take some ownerhsip for the information they give. Also for the price, there were dust balls in the room

Restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner due to holidays. Room service alone was whopping 15 euros plus food price. Would have been nice if they had provided room service for free considering the closed Restaurant and no place close by to eat. Checkin was great and ladies at reception was so nice and helpful however, a guy at night wasn't helpful at all. I missed the Airport shuttle or I dont know even know it showed up as he didn't inform me about the change of location not informed the driver about me. I had to book a taxi and rush to Airport due to that which easily costed my flight.

Excellent hotel for a business stay, great location near the airport and still has a brand new feel even though I was told it’s been open a year now. Love the little sustainable touches - water bottles in the rooms you can fill at the water fountain in the corridor rather than plastic bottles, that kind of thing is much appreciated.

The only thing I could fault was a bit of an absence of staff at breakfast - it’s a buffet and very good selection but when the teabags needed refilling I had to search for someone. But that is really a very small gripe about an otherwise excellent stay.

Poor online instructions on how to get from airport to hotel. I ended up paying $30 for a short taxi ride as I do not know where to board the hotel shuttle nor its timings.

Lovely rooms

The airport shuttle takes 40 minutes to reach airport as it has to make a few stops to pick up passengers from other hotels.

The rooms where very nice and good size to both rest and work.I liked to amenities in the room

I didn't like the house keeping of the room. It was very average with most things left around. Coffee and tea sachets were not re-newed

Nothing we didn’t like. Room very comfortable & food was spot on.

Great property with all the modern conviences one needs for a brief business stay.The restaurant was better than expected with exceptionnal service.The Gym was spectacular with lots of natural light.

The receptionist was rude. We booked 6 rooms for six adults but when we arrived at the hotel only 3 were available. In the main times they had continued to accept reservations .
