Ferienpark Winterberg

It had good space and location for a family traveling to ski, especially with the basement area for storing ski gear. And everyone was really nice to help with knowledge on the area and things we needed.

Nice location, easy check-in, no issues with parking. Pretty close to the lifts or ski rentals.

There is no standard radiators, so you can't dry your gloves or other stuff on them. The coffee machine doesn't have any coffee. Also, I think it's a filter coffee machine, not Nespresso, which is a bit inconvenient during a short trip. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my back.

Clean, enough space for 4 persons.

The dishwasher clamps at the bottom with the wood.

Very friendly staff and close to the ski piste. Ski rental around the corner. Kitchen had everything I needed.

The couchbed in the living room was aweful. Had backpain of it.

Spatious and very central! Could ride a lot of MTB routes directly from the appartment.

It was advertised on Booking with available chargers for electric vehicles. When I arrived, they were disabled and the host told me to go to the chargers @ McDonalds, which were also broken. Overnight charging is much better for the car battery, but now I had to search for expensive fast charging, which appeared to be a pain (lot of them were broken, required German accounts etc.)

Close to supermarkets, ev charging and a good starting point for activities, really good parking.

The bed was really uncomfortable. I prefer hard topper but the topper provided was very soft and created a lot of back ache problems.

Very clean, very nice hosts, great and very central location. The apartment was nice and fully equipped.

The bed in the bedroom was ok but mattress could be a bit less soft (my preference).

Big appartement for great value. It was modern, clean and fully equipped.

Initial communication was in German which is strange as I stated we're from Spain.

It was very nice bright rooms with a good size and it was more than we dared hope for. Just next to a ski rental and close to the skilift.

Good room with kitchen, big balcony. Close to the center of Winterberg.

Everything was perfect! Really good location- only 10mins from the Bobsleigh track and 25 mins walk into town. Room- very clean and spacious. Very modern and everything you need was there.Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would re-book 100%.

Not hugely noise proof but this won't stop me from booking again.

location was good and our apartment was good. the 2nd apartment we booked was too small for a family of 2 x adults and 2 x kids

The location is very good. It’s right in the center and close to everything. There’s a slope in walking distance.

Clean, spacious, comfortable.

It is a very good place with a good location. Hikes starts there :) Clean apartment. Kitchen have good equipment. You can order fresh bread and croissants and you get them every morning. Thank you for a great stay

Not properly fault. Property is very good. We didn’t know but in Winterberg there were a very big mountain-bike event and during the nights was very loud. If you are not a fan, check this upfront.

Location, check in flexibility, ski room.

We did managed to find parking but the parking lot was 100% capacity, the ski boots heater didn't work, no oven in the apartment.

The place was new, with good locatiin.

We rented 2 rooms. In one of them we didn't have hot water. The hotel replaced the boiler very fast, but still we didn't have hot water. The outcome was that during 5 dsys, the guests of bothh rooms used the shower of one room. Even though, the hotel didn't offer any compensation.
