Pros +
- The hotel is not located on a main road, which makes it super quiet but difficult to reach in heavy snowfall. The food was very good and was constantly replenished. It was also nice that there was something different on the menu every day.The room was clean, too bad the window did not have a tilt position and that the bathroom was a bit small. Otherwise a nice hotel where we would go again without any problems.
- awesome locationpool and saunabreakfast and dinner awesome too
- This year we used 29 different hotels ( via Booking) in Spain , France, Scotland and Germany. The Panorama hotel is one of the best in terms of price-quality ratio! You must like peace and nature, and the Lean organised Hotel. More service has its price and good is good, the Panorama hotel is more then good. With the beautiful nature , the location of the hotel and the sporting facilities , it is a perfect stay.
Cons -
- The bathroom was a bit small and the window in the room had no tilt position. The parking lot was 200 meters away from the hotel, a loading and unloading area could be useful in this situation.
- Only thing that I didn’t like was pillows, to thin for my taste
- Actually nothing , but it is good to familiarize yourself with the hotels's working methods upon arrival.

I most liked the location, view, and half board menu was delicious.
When I arrived there, there was no one in the reception, and I needed entry to the hotel and look for some staff. Luckily, I found a guy in the bar who was able to manage my checking.Second, my stay was half board that included breakfast and dinner with drinks. During the dinner, the drinks were located in a separate room, and when I asked the lady that was organising the buffet, I asked where I could get the drinks included in the buffet, she said that I would need go to the bar downstairs and buy it. Fortunately, another guest explained to me where the drinks were located. Otherwise, I would miss it.Also, when I was leaving my room to make the checkout. A lady was standing in front of my door with some luggage and the other 2 ladies. She presented herself as the receptionist and apologised for not being in the reception when I arrived. Inconveniently, she asked me if I paid my stay and how I made my payment (cash or card). She could be more professional and check with the guy who made my checking in the bar about the payment status. Poor guy, he worked in the bar during the night, making the checking, and he was also working in the breakfast buffet alone in the morning. The inconvenient lady could at least take the spreadsheet that the guy prepared with guests' details during the checking process. The room was clean, but the bed sheets were absolutely full of hairs of other people.
The location is very nice. The bar is a good place in the evening.
Dinner is only available until 19:30. The beds were a bit hard.
nice environment, clean, good breakfast
diner options, beds (matras & pillow)
The pool and sauna are amazing, after a day full of skiing! the view from the sauna is really cool. the dinner buffet is really good value for money and the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable.
The closing times for sauna & pool could be longer. we would have loved to spend more time there after a full day. Also dinner times could be more flexible and later in the day.
liked the actual location of the hotel and the breakfast was okay expect for the coffee . the staff didn’t understand us that good but was friendly
the reception was not occupied during our arrival (although it was within the operating hours) , no one could answer our questions, breakfast was pretty late, room was smelly, no panorama at all we looked at a solid wall. swimming pool dirty and no space for relaxing whatsoever, no space to store ski gear , had to pay for parking as a hotel guest.would not recommend at all
The view, sauna, breakfast
The view from my window
Nice views from panoramaroom and restaurant. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a very good range of choices and good quality food. Even vegetarian and vegan options. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The sauna has an amazing view on nature. We had a very good stay for a good price!
Some tips to make it a really nice hotelexperience: -In spite of a very lengthy notice about watertemperature being personal etc, the water was among the coldest we have experienced in a hotel.-Lots of administration at check-inn, with e.g. a small paper “parkingpass” (to be returned after the stay!), and a card to note the drinks at dinner, with a fine of 80€ (!) when lost. - A long semi-scientific note on the virtues of using no clothing in the sauna ‘for everybody’s health’. These -albeit small- things made us feel a little bit less welcome.
breakfast is good, free parking, pet friendly
staff does not speak English (at all), unfriendly staff, lack of communication
The calm and peaceful mountain view from the window was nice. Breakfast and dinner were provided at an extra price. The food was okay. There were 2 timeslots to choose from for breakfast: approx. at 8 am or 9 am. For dinner, it was just at around 6:15 pm, no other timeslot. The room smelled like cigarettes but after some ventilation, it got better. The hotel also offered us a different, but smaller room as an alternative.
I expected one large bed, but it was two small beds combined. The swimming pool is small, and also the temperature of the water was not warm enough to swim.It was hard to locate the hotel at night even with a google map since the hotel is located where there's not much light. (You definitely need a car to reach the hotel.)
Due to covid it seems that they where working on minimum staffing but my stay was hardly effected by that.Great location
Due to the Covid situation I was totally supprised that the reception was closed after 17:00 when I arrived at 18:20. Check in times on booking says till 20:00Lucky there was someone still finishing up some work at the office and was kindly enough helped me checking in. 8
