The staff at breakfast time were somewhat unfriendly.Noise was a problem in the mornings as adjoin factifies had chilled items delivered, but this caused refrigerated lorries to leave their engines running.

The location is very central

Terrible guest management. We were greeted by a man who got mad at us for not using the 15€ x night parking lot. He was extremely rude. We didn't know that there is no lift in the hotel, which meant my 85 year old father and mother had to carry their suitcases upstairs (no help was offered from the rude receptionist). We never saw him again, basically because the reception was always closed, so no way of getting restaurant tips, etc. The room was never cleaned, although there cleaning personal was inside. The breakfast was extremely poor (in quantity, quality and diversity). For 130€ a night each room, we have expected much more.

Not many parking spaces for guests. There is no shoe spoon, cotton swabs or discs in the room.

Excellent position in Weimar downtown and the historical building where the hotel is hosted.Rooms very cleaned, availability of internal parking.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the very centre of Weimar, easy to access and close to many of the historic sites in the old town centre. All the facilities and room furnishings are modern, the rooms are bright and airy, and the outlook delightful. A very good breakfast is provided in the airy breakfast room, which also offers the possibility of sitting in the 'wintergarten' and terrace. Finally, we found all the hotel staff to be helpful and friendly. All in all, we thought the hotel not only offered a very enjoyable stay, but provided excellent value for money. Weimar is a town that repays multiple visits and we will certainly plan to stay in the hotel on our next swing through the region.

Nothing (for those of limited mobility, the lack of a lift might be problematic, but we appreciated the beautiful wooden staircases leading to the upper floors).

Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, arrived and there was no bed made up for our boy and no staff on site.

The hotel ticks all boxes. The location was great, central and everything in walking distance. It was clean, the breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff was super flexible. Highly recommended.

Breakfast assortment was amazing and the breakfast patio/room delightful. The women who supported the breakfast were certainly committed to the guests' pleasure.The location was super. Thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the Italian restaurant and the shady relaxing area at the front door.

A fan would have been great.The stairs were beautiful but not when carrying luggage. to the 3rd floor.
