Leonardo Hotel Weimar

It was a nice clean room.

Nickel and dimming. After paying for WiFi and Parking, I could have stayed down town Erfurt.

The family room was big and comfortable and the hotel accommodated us well with extra beds for our kids, which was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was plenty and good. Great value for money!

The water in the pool was not warm enough to swim in beyond 20 min. Also, the kids playroom near the reception/bar needs an upgrade with some additional kids structures (maybe a plastic slide, or another table with chairs) and toys - the space is good but it was quite empty and unappealing when I took my kids in there.

I liked the room, small but very comfortable.

The only choice for breakfast is the full buffet and I would like smaller choices.

Next to the park, quiet and beautiful location. Hotel lobby is very bright and spacious, lemon or orange flavored water available throughout the day. Breakfast buffet at €12 is good value, on-site restaurant is convenient as the hotel is a bit distance from the city center. There’s secure bike parking for rented bikes.

A bit dated, particularly the bathroom still reminiscent of former East Germany, which could also be part of the charm for some people.

Perfect location, with parking. A short 15-20 min walk into the centre of town. Good sized comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast.

Bathrooms rather dated.

I was attracted by the location, in a residential area in front of the famous park an der Ilm which is a nice promenade to the city center. 20 to 30 minutes walk. The equipments are good (old style eighties in wood) and room is large. Bathroom with a bath. Excellent buffet for breakfast. Very good value for money.

Great location nearby park, large rooms, comfy beds, bathtube, very good breakfast, excellent coffee, reasonable price, pet friendly hotel, I enjoyed stay there.

The restaurant was not opened, the food offered in lobby, poor menu.

It was great stay. We enjoyed with the kids. Plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet even for people with food allergies. My dog got a snack at the reception desk once we arrived :)

It looks like Hilton hotel. It was Hilton hotel before Leonardo chain bought it. Large rooms.

The pool and the gym are included in the room’s price. The sauna costs 5€ extra, but it’s worth it. After a long day on the road, gym, pool and sauna, was exactly what we needed.

Very nice hotel ( A bit retro but adequate and clean). Nice and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Enough parking place for the bigger cars. We were satisfied.

We didn't have a problem but there was only a bathtub in the bathroom. It was a bit slippery in the shower, even though it was equipped with a non-slip. For older people this can be a problem.

Location, location, location

The decor was a bit dated but it wasn’t a problem as the rooms were spotlessly clean (cannot confirm some of the previous comments)

No balconies. That was pity since located next to beautiful park.

The location was very good for our needs - close to the park, public transport and the centre.

The bed was too soft for me. For one or two nights ok, but for a longer stay I would have had a problem. I don't know if it was just in my room or in others as well.

Breakfast was various but not the best taste. Except the bread and coffee was very good.

The staff was helpful and empathetic, the rooms were exceptional, the location made it possible to get to the centre of the city in less than 30 min on foot.

All was fine, a good breakfast, the room was nice and clean. The hotel is not in the center of the town but for those who do not have problems to walk it is easy to get there. It was closed to the park.

The older ambience from another era, charming. Big rooms, amazing breakfast, close to the city, easy to find, good parking space
