Everything was clean.

There was no hot water, so we were unable to have a shower! Also, the internet connection was very poor.

Location is perfect, free parking and friendly staff

The location was great, restaurants and shops nearby, while the bus stop to Basel only a few meters away.The room was spacious, pillows were great and the heating system very efficient.The recepsionist was really kind!

The city was not so touristic. And the central train station and tram were about 15 min walk distance.

The rooms are spacious clean and the bathrooms new. The mattresses are wonderful and the sheets are quality.

There is a strange smell in the lobby but its bot in the rooms.

Location is excellent, being in the middle of Weil am Rhein. The bed was comfortable and on request we were given extra pillows. There is convenient parking behind the hotel. All areas of the hotel were clean.

The breakfast room was nice but breakfast was a little disappointing as there were no pastries left when we ate at 9am.

Room was super clean and a nice breakfast, scrambled eggs tasted nice.

1. Racism and discrimination -The elderly man at the reception refused to talk with me and instead only talked to my German husband.-He was making fun about my name.-He even bullied my German husband by saying that we are not looking like we are from Baden-Baden.-He asked my husband for my birthdate in order to prove that I am really his wife.-He wanted to know the reason for our stay because maybe he thought that I am a prostitute. (We stayed here jn order to take some rest before continuing driving to Zurich.)-And at the end he made a joke referring to the nazi greeting with my husband.2.Noisy and not suitable for children-In the room next to us there was some party going on the whole night.-From the room above us we could hear sex noises all night.

Free parking in a large, enclosed lot. Easy to access near restaurants and shopping. Late check-out time was very helpful.

There was air conditioning, but it had a hard time keeping up with the heat wave we were in.

I left before breakfast was served, the room was nice and comfortable. There was a bottle water as a gift.

I should have closed the window to keep the noise out.

Very clean and comfortable room. Quite well located in relation to the airport (15-20 minutes by taxi - approximately €35 for the taxi) and the town itself has plenty of lively cafes, restaurants and shops. The bathroom was particularly new and nice and the entire room spptlessly clean. They had provided us with a children's crib as requested and the beds were very comfortable. The inclusion of a fan was very welcome and made the warm evening comfortable.

The process for after hours check in isn't good. They should not be requesting we send our card details to them. They should have an automated payment set up with booking.com and just email the key-safe access info to guests. It would be a whole lot easier. We messed up the after hours instructions and were almost left destitute on the street at midnight with our little son. It was needlessly stressful.

It was clean, very nice staff, and good for the money. It not a modern hotel, but it is clean and comfy.

Nothing its like normal.

Water is hard. There is only hot water. You cant take a shower anytime you want. You need to go down in the Ground only for you take a shower.

Lovely and comfortable hotel at a great price. The location is good, with buses and tram to Basel very near. It was really handy to travel to Basel and much cheaper than any Basel hotel, with much better facilities. Bear in mind that buses don’t come as often so needs planning in advance to not upset your plans. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with hot and cold items including eggs (which is always a plus in my books), very varied selection and good quality food. I couldn’t rate the staff any higher, they were lovely and friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The room is basic which is reflected in the price, but very comfortable and maintained to a good standard. The bathroom is in perfect condition with a good powerful shower. Only basic toiletries are provided which was not a problem for me.

Nothing negative to say really, but more a suggestion. Given its vicinity to Switzerland it would be useful if socket adaptors were provided as they are different to Swiss ones.

Everything was fine. Good location, very good breakfast, very kind staff. Easy to find, parking place is included in the price.

The hotel is on the main road, so there is some noise at the night.
