Location, plenty of praking, breakfast, big room.

Maybe the building and the furniture is a little bit outdated.

Breakfast was great! Everyone was very helpful

for additional 2 hours stay, Hotel management charged 20 Euro which is not charging another hotel.

Excellent location next to the highway just before Swiss border control - perfect during road trip with both easy check in late at night and late check out in the morning. The beds are super comfy!

Single bed was really small

The personnel is very friendly but seems that they cannot take any decision to satisfy the guests.

The lift were not working and it was said to us that the issue occured on thursday (we arrived on friday) but reading the reviews, it seems that this an old problem. WSe had a room in the 9th floor and the ladies offered us their help to bring our luggage, of course i refused it. On saturday, we came back to our romm at 17h30 and the room was not cleaned. As a compensation, we were offered 2 free drinks, what a poor solution to keep custo+ers happy. The breackfast is very poor, you have to choose a menu, I never saw that before. The hotel claims to have 4 stars but desrves ONLY 2. It seems that the managers do not care about all the reviews, I read them back to August and nothing changed, they better try to do something to make custo+ers coming back. For me, it is the first and last time.@ Booking.com: The pictures shown looks nice but the realitu is differente, if you care about your customers, you should take this hotel from your list.

Perfect location next to the Swiss border. Brilliant pet friendly restaurant serving Mexican food at a very reasonable price. Car park with lots of Police Cars parked in it helped us to sleep well.

Location and large rooms.

Restaurant changes, food not as good breakfast was just bad. Esp for the price.

Quiet and clean room, huge bed

Awful. No service. No elevator. No breakfast not even a cup of coffee ... 100 clients before us ?

We didn't get any breakfast ! We had to cue for more than an hour ... Impossible ... Not even a cup of coffee. Shameful + NOBODY spoke anything but German ! Just 1 elevator in function > cueing again !

Large room with comfortable bed, simple but efficient bathroom, air conditioning, mini bar and easy parking. Staff is friendly. Surroundings are industrial but that's fine for an hotel so near to the highway.

We have stayed here several times before and the breakfast has changed from a buffet to fixed options. Breakfast itself is good but you need to wait a little bit before it is served. We do prefer the buffet option.

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the staff were not very friendly, especially at the breakfast area and reception. This made the experience less pleasant than expected.

Sunday morning big que 30 min waiting time for the breakfast.Last day housekeeping didn't change my towels. Even I left 20 Euro tip in the room. Complimentary water in the room should be at least refilled every 3 days. Second day 1 lift was out of order. Just one lift. It can be no problem. Tv channels are so weak in room.

The breakfast buffet was great. There was a working elevator. The bed was okay. The bathroom was nice. The staff were kind.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. The hotel is an overnight point to travel to Italy/ Switzerland. It served the purpose.

The staff was always nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is excellent to stop if you want to rest from a road trip. The parking has a lot of places and you can park briefly in front of the entrance to put things in the car. They have a restaurant that sells really good food, and the portions are big. They also offer different options for breakfast. If you bring pets, they have a lot of green areas to walk and they gave them a treat when we arrived. Overall, it is a good place to spend a night.

The room was a bit old, and it was not super clean. It was a hot night and we had a nice fan on the room, however when we turned off the light of the room, the electricity stopped working, including the fan. We had to make some arrangements in the room to keep the fan on while being able to turn off the light to sleep. Only one lift worked, so it was always busy.

The room was ok with a slow, air conditioning, clean, quiet place. Very good breakfast - order from the menu.The staff was nice The location is close to the borders of Switzerland and France, which is very comfortable to visit. Free parking.

The hotel needs a serious renovation.Only one elevator worked instead of 3 elevators. Air conditioning was very weak.

Easy access with parking

Rundown hotel, dirty and smelly, only one elevator working in a high 8 story building, room had stains on the dirty carpet, it smelled like it was a smoker room even though it had a no smoking sign in it.
