Sleep in a club

Hotel is on top of a club which had very very loud music on the terrace until 2 am. We asked for a room change but nothing changed. The new room had the same problem. I would only recommend the hotel to those who would party till 2, and then simply go up stairs. The reception is almost never on-site, so you need to always call them if you need something. No car parking but we know this up front. The pillows are really bad, they are as big and hard as my sofas pillow.

The hotel is centrally located and the facility is convenient, clean and comfortable

Room was very cold, no heating. A lot of noise from some of the rooms the whole night. Suspect activity, prostitution? No night desk, no control of people entering.

Perfect location. Pleasant staff. Clean, spacious room. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Complimentary bottle of both still and sparkling water.

The beds are ok-ish and the shower is quite nice.

Check in was hectic. The hotel is not owned by the same people as the bar and deli shop downstairs. The reception closes way before midnight, while here on Booking it states otherwise. We arrived just after 23h. After calling several numbers the people from the bar were able to get us the keys to our room.We had a super warm room on the top floor. With the windows open there’s quite some noise from the square.

Good location and clean. Staff at reception (she) on Saturday was super nice.

Smoke smell in the hallway and outside was loud past midnight (in defense, there was a euro cup watch party that ended late). I recommend please send instructions on where to park (with cost details) so it’s easier for international travelers to navigate.

to check was good a code needed to receive the key reception after 20.00 not available any more, in the city center so close to restaurants and bars.

So for parking was only possible to park in parking house. Costs for the night 16 EUR in total...

Great location. Exactly what I needed - close to venue and train.Room had a nice view and was wonderfully clean and nice looking.

No spare/extra blankets/bed covers.No iron.No staff to be able to talk to about either of these things.No staff when arrived - NB my fault that I had not read my email carefully (it had not crossed my mind that there would be no reception staff in the middle of the day.)

Loved the location, right in the center of the city. No need for car to go shopping or have a coffee as hotel was right in the downtown. Loved the checkin process. Keys were very easy to collect. Bathroom had very nice toiletries (Loved the smell of the shampoo) Bed and mattress were soo comfortable.

The elevator did not work, it seems like it needed a chip to go upstairs but not a big deal. It would be nice to pay a little less (just saying). Nothing else to blame.

Could be cleaner and I suggest longer reception hours.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was great and the location is too.

Noise from the coffe shops downstairs. I would not want to stay at the hotel during the summer.

Reception only open three hours in morning, the rest of the day unattended . Room was only serviced 3 out of 5 days. Breakfast was poor.

In the very centre, easy to find a parking. Easy checkin.

Superb location, a nice room, happy to stay there. The young receptionist lady at the breakfast did an amazing job, and her smile was a highlight of the stay.

There was no one there in the afternoon, the check-in was a little bit cumbersome.

Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Furniture in bad condition. Shower dirty grouting. Not inviting.

The location is great, and our second room was also great.

The mistake about our first room (before it was changed after some argument) - possibly a fault by booking.com who seem to have sent a different reservation to the hotel than was confirmed in the app..
