Noisy location noise from street horrid bed sheets cold reception ppl never again

Great location. Good price. Courteous staff. We ran late on arrival (front desk is only staffed until 2200) and they contacted us to arrange key retrieval

Between my family and my sister in laws family we had 5 rooms. The air conditioning did not work in two of them. We realized this late in the afternoon on the day after we arrived. There were no rooms available to move us to. Our desire to be moved the next day was not clearly communicated to the day time staff. By our third night local overnight temperature had dropped to a tolerable temperature.

It's near the city center, but in a quiet location. The staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. They made sure we were well taken care of. They also offered a local travel ticket to use during our stay for trains and buses. We did not eat the breakfast so we cannot respond on this. The place was very clean. They do have good wifi. If you just need a good night's rest and a shower it definitely works for this. Unbelievable the rooms have A/C.

The place is old. They have done some updating and remodeling and it is very clean. BUT not sure it is worth what they are asking. I believe its rated as a 3 star hotel. Could be possible. They have no lounges.

Clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts, great coffee.When staying in a hotel, ask for free transport tickets. This gives you the opportunity to travel around Lörrach, but also to Basel or Freiburg, free of charge.Underground parking is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 per week.

This was the second time I booked a room in this hotel within a short timeframe between last time and this time. Both reservations during transit and last minute. The first time with more persons and a dog, this time alone with the dog. Therefore, my reservation was different this time and although the description mentioned a smaller room, the room was very spacious. Although it was situated at the "road site", it was very silent. The lady at the desk was very helpful, thoughtful and very kind with the dog. The price / quality ratio is very good ! Next time I am in transit and need a room in that area, I will for sure book again in this hotel.

The location was superb. The facilities in the apartment were more than sufficient. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately the bed was not to our liking but that's just our preference. There was nothing wrong with the mattress or the actual bed, just a bit too firm for us that's all.

Location for the center is good and parking easy as under the hotel. It is paid parking but 12 euros for 12hours is ok.

Outdated and old, like something out of the 70s/80s but to be fair it was perfectly functional.

property was perfectly situated in town with everything available. The hotel staff was accommodating and very polite.

The hotel furnishings were a little dated and uncomfortable. There was a faint smell of smoke in the hotel, as well as the breakfast area. Not good for those of us with allergies.

No swimming pool!!!

After getting double charged, nothing i liked there.

Owner has double charged me. No reimbursement. Case with booking was won, but no money received.Never again this hotel

We were double charged for same room twice. After one month of ping pong emails and phone calls, we still dont' have our money paid back. Booking confirmed that we did win the case but no money received.Staff will reimburse the money to account that they own and no money will get to your account. After phone calls, they would claim about virtual cards and booking.com problems.Stay away from this place if you don't want to get double charged.

Paypal says that payment was correct while booking says the paid back to card number which does not exist.Be careful.

Great breakfast, lots of choice; we had the apartment which was of a good size; parking straight underneath the hotel; good WiFi

Single bed in the apartment too small; rather poor recommendation by the hotel staff as to available restaurants on a Sunday evening - we found out a good open place by Googling

Room was ok with good bed and airconditioning. Nice bathroom, eveything included. Bottle of water provided in the room. We arrived after reception was closed but got a call before tot organise key pick-up. Nice breakfast.

Right next to town centre, good car park beneath the hotel. Easy 30min walk over the border to visit the Beleyer Foundation (that's what we came for)! Room spacious clean and comfortable, good functioning bathroom, thanks.

Breakfast was fine except that the fruit/orange juice was clearly off - fermented and sour (typical hotel buffet problem)
