Best Western Hotel Dreiländerbrücke Weil am Rhein / Basel

The location in relation to France and Switzerland. Easy of getting around.

The staff was not very helpful and nor noticeably friendly. Being a four star hotel, it lacked a concierge to assist with ideas, restaurant suggestions, etc. Additionally, there was too much access to rooms from non hotel guests.

rooms was a complete shock. it was lovely. bed comfortable, huge tv and bathroom. very clean. great location connected to a mall.

The room was old and dirty, especially the kitchen sink. The bathroom toilet had urine on which was not cleaned. The bed for our child was not prepared and after a long drive we had to discuss how long it will take to set it all up.

The rooms are huge. Staff was very nice and capable.

I would never book this again if traveling by car. And maybe not even without one. Super busy mall that’s attached to the hotel. Traffic getting in was awful. There is no easy way to get to the hotel from where their free parking is. Breakfast wasn’t a good value. Limited food selections for the price.

Emailed on train from Zurich to ask for an early check in and got an immediate reply from Silvia saying absolutely.Met her upon arrival and she was lovely. The entire staff was very accommodating on Christmas Eve.Wonderful stay.

Spacious room. Facilities are good. Staff are friendly. Location is central if you want to go Swiss or France.

Just one night housekeeper did not clean our room. That’s all.

I stayed in a room on the 7th floor with a slanted ceiling and it was little compact. however, the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and tasted excellent. The location was perfect for the purpose of my visit.

Our family room was very spacious for the two of us. Located next to several malls. I’ve available at the bar. Special shout out to Slyvie at reception. Personable and engaging with great customer care. She is such a great and important representative of the hotel!

Initially a little difficult to locate because the hotel is not located on the ground floor.

It’s good for one night, the parking is free. Shopping centre next to it. The famous pedestrian bridge The three counties bridge ( Dreilanderbrucke) that crosses the Rhine connecting Germany ( Weil am Rhein) to France ( Huningue) was very interesting.

The way from the parking to the hotel’s lift is a bit confusing.

Loved it here! Clean and friendly and comfy, plus a upstairs deck with 24 hour bar service just for guests

We stopped at this hotel to rest for one night during a road trip. We were happily surprised by it.The room was nice, modern and super clean! It had air conditioning, which is highly appreciated it during summer. The location was excellent, with a lot of stores and supermarkets on the first floors of the mall. There was a park in front where we could walk the dogs and a playground for kids. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The parking layout was a bit difficult to understand at the beginning, but it was safe and easy to access from the mall.

Our family liked a lot this hotel. It’s located in a very interesting place - cross border of three countries. The family room in the hotel is spacious, bigger than the hotels usually have it, very clean. The stuff is helpful. The breakfast provides you with the vast choice of food. And the parking is free. Thank you.

A little bit inconvenient way to the hotel from the parking lot, but it’s not an issue

Clean large room, excellent layout and space, combined with clean and modern attire

Location is above a mall, not the greatest folks hanging out around the place, parking is on the backside in the mall garage, to get back to the lobby you need to use the parking elevator all the way down to take another hotel elevator all the way up.

Lots of places to eat and shop with the mall right next to the hotel

I liked everything

We were allowed early check in, which was great. They also upgraded our room, larger with a wonderful view of the plaza and the river.

We are used to have wash cloths and there were none.

The property was exceptionally well located. It’s on the first or second tram stop from Basel into Germany. It is adjacent to the Dreilanderbrucke from which you can walk into France and just a few metres from Switzerland. Also, it is attached to a mall. I was travelling by train and did not have a car so the location is important. The facility itself was very nice. I had a corner room which was up to date and clean. The bathroom was exceptional. It was also very clean.

You should be aware that with the window open there is noise from the street. However, being deaf in one ear, I just roll over and it doesn’t bother me.

Despite the area was busy, the room was quiet. Pillows were very good, which is always difficult for me. There was a lot of space in the room and even a kitchen. It has view to the river

It was not exactly spotless clean. I found first spiderwebs and dust between the beds, then the toilet was not properly cleaned, but did not want to complain, nit to make too much of a fuss. When I had a shower and found dried blood on it was just too much. I went to complain and the staff were friendly and apologetic, but the cleaner was not. She insisted that i made the toilet dirty and said it was not a blood stain in the shower. The bathroom was indeed a bit stinky because we used it but we were not the ones who left it dirty. the cleaner behaved very rude and blame us for the dirt. The pictures of the blood stain are from after she started cleaning it, it was much worse

Parking was a distance to carry things from the car

We only spent one night in the hotel on our way back home after the holidays, and it's perfect for that. We stayed in a family room and slept well. The room was clean. Everything was fine in that regard. The hotel is located in a shopping center next to the Rhine River and with views of France. Furthermore, it's not far from the VITRA Campus, a recommended visit.

There is nothing noteworthy that could be considered that we didn't like. Everything was fine.
