Ott's Hotel Weinwirtschaft & Biergarten Weil am Rhein/Basel

location

Location was very good ,it is very close to public transportatiuon, shopping center & dreilaender park

There was a smell in rooms, we had to open windows

The price for two was ok , and nearby mall !

The shower , the stains , the dirty carpets , the smell.

Good location, traditional inn.

The room was VERY spartan.

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony and great fan, which was much appreciated during the heat. Wonderful beer garden. Great food and drinks, including an extensive and hot breakfast. Great value just over the border from Switzerland.

Nothing we didn't like, especially compared to having paid so much for so little in Switzerland.

Nice and close to transport and certainly value for money

No kettle in the room for drinks

Friendly reception

Restaurant was closed on the night of our stay.No water or coffee in the room.

Very friendly staff, from check in, dinner, breakfast and contact with chamber mauds. Everyone great

I've been here many times and I love this family hotel with its staff very customer oriented. I arrived a bit earlier than the normal check-In hours but the reception allowed me to take my room immediately. Thank You.

The hotel doesn't have a lounge/ working area where one can work during the day. During check out I asked if I could stay a bit longer somewhere in the hotel because I needed to work and the answer I got was "you can go to the shopping mall across the street" ;D

Location.

Room hard to find and help to find it was luke warm. Not overly conscientious in helping me to find it. Through a courtyard into a building at the rear. Upstairs. Left turn and left turn again. This needed someone to direct me to the room and it didn’t happen which made me feel I could only give a 7/10.

All around, very good service and excellent food.Excellent staff .Great breakfast.

Would have been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in room.

Really comfortable and clean room. Great shower and the staff were friendly attending our requests.Would recommend for a one night stay while travelling by car across countries. Good price.

The town itself doesn't have much to offer and the parking was not so easy to find, but otherwise everything was fine

We loved the location ,staff and breakfast.

The only negative was no air con in our room .

Freiendly staff, great room and location

All good apart from no tea of coffee making facilities

A freundly staff, convenient location

There are too many spiders in the room?

Really nice staff and the room/cleaning was on point!

The room does not have AC, but the hotel provides a fan to cope with the heat in the summer. This is important to take into account, however, for the price this is really good.

Smooth CHeck in , staff was waiting for us we arrived around midnight, spacious parking free of charge. Near to basel airport. Spacious rooms very clean.

Nothing to dislike.

Hotel just outside Basle. Brilliant location. Restaurant was good. Well cooked veal at a reasonable price. Other local restaurants in comparison appeared poor. Staff were very friendly and we had a great room on the second floor. Access was by a good lift. Parking brilliant and included in the price. There is no air con but the fan was very powerful.

Nothing for the hotel.

The location was great for a stopover.

Broken shutter and window did not close.

Room was clean and breakfast good.

Limited decent restaurants in the area
