We arrived around 21:30 and the hotel parking was not available (cannot be reserved in advance), but there are are plenty of private garages nearby.The room was cold, and the heating was off. We turned it on upon arrival and after some time temperature was okay

The Location is fantastic right in the downtown area and close to the train station. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the staff.

We stayed in Room 411 and wish we had known in advance that accessing it involves quite a bit of effort. If your room number starts with a 4, be prepared: the elevator only goes to the first floor. From there, we had to climb 7 flights of stairs—57 steps in total—and then walk across the breakfast hall with our luggage to reach the room. This was inconvenient, especially with heavy bags. Not ideal for those with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. Make sure to ask the hotel about accessibility if you’re assigned a room in the 400 range.

The best thing was location in the city center, in the pedestrian zone.Hotel was all right, room ok and clean.The most unpleasant thing was the lady- owner of the hotel who was always nervous, unpleasant and not delighted at all to answer your questions concerning some information about the city and my orientation there.I spoke german language and she had no reason to behavior like that.

Good Location, comfortable Room and bed, would Book again anytime.

Reception being closed after 9pm with a self check in service made me anxious if everything will work out fine, but the key was easy to find. Bed linen was not 100% clean

We arrived on Sunday nothing to do in the city , but hotel was fine et I recommande the restaurant jin's noodles 5 minutes from the hotel by walk

The room were huge, very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choses. Location was in the city center and close to the train. The owner was very welcome helping us in every detail of our stay. They organize us the trips to the other cities.

The location is excellent the breakfast is good value and the dining room is spotless, the check in out of hours was easy to access

The room was very hot and with the window open was a little noisy at the back of the hotel

Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding.

There were two problems, which can't be blamed on the hotel. Getting into and other of the underground car park was a nightmare because the garage had been planned when cars were smaller. I scraped part of a bumper on a sharp corner when leaving one day. Also, part of the street leading to the hotel was under repair and it was extremely difficult to find a way to and from it because of the system of one way streets.

Very close to town center. Underground parking available (though no reservation possible). Nice and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Finding the hotel coming by car at night was a bit difficult and confusing and using the hotel garage with a bigger car was challenging - steep and narrow access to the garage and also given just a little space there is a car lift system (1 car parked above another car) inside of the garage to accommodate more vehicles. Many great options to park your car in a walk distance - references given to us by the hotel before coming.

Very spacious, clean and modern facilities. The rooms were massive and the air conditioning was an unexpected surprise (although it didn’t work in 1 out of the 3 rooms booked).

We arrived late, we knew that the hotel car park was full but we were not aware that the public car parks suggested to us closed at a certain time. We did manage to find one that was still open. We did arrive just before midnight though due to bad traffic when travelling from Rome.

very good service at the reception and even if we arrived very early in the morning, we could take our room as it was ready.
